I would never use this company. The drivers are the absolute worst with no road courtesy or knowledge of traffic laws or about how to yield. I only posted one star because it wouldn't allow me to leave zero stars.

Horrible place. I had parked within the visitor parking parameters and they still towed me, I was only there for a medical visit. Very rude on the phone.

Never left notice, was told they towed my car on a Tuesday and it was actually towed on a Friday, but was charged since Tuesday. Was told there was a photo of my vehicle, after they left notice that it would be towed, with a time stamp on the photo to prove what day they claimed they gave notice. But when asked for a copy I was denied, when I asked to see the photo I was also denied. I was told my word against theirs.

RMA towing illegally took my car from an apartment's parking lot while I was still present with my vehicle on the property. This goes against recent legislation that was passed in Colorado. They were required to refund my money by the Public Utilities Commission. They practice shady business practices and don't follow the law.

If I could give less stars I would I just called to try to find out about getting my camper towed and all the lady could tell me is this is the after hour's number. When she did ask what I needed I told her and she's like oh well I can't do anything this is the after hour's number... seriously...

Terrible towing company! I hope this place goes out of business. They’re just money hungry. They schedule you to go pick up your vehicle and if you arrive 5 mins early they make you wait outside of the fence for everything. They don’t even have a legit office where you can go inside and sign the paperwork. Not to mention ONE single slip of paper work took them over 25 mins for them to fill out. 🤦🏻♀️ Everything is done outside of the fence like criminals. They treat you so badly. This place is the absolute WORST.

They are very rude and either don't want to answer the phone or when they do, they hang up on you. Just all around a bad company to deal with. I would give them no stars but wouldn't let me. Made me do 1 star!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Had to hand them $400 cash in their ghetto neighborhood because for some reason they didn't want me to go inside their little office and they don't take any cards or checks. Then the lady asked me if I wanted my receipt... She showed up late and made me wait outside in 15 degree weather for 10 minutes saying we gave her 10 minutes to get there when we called an hour beforehand. $365 for one day in their lot and it wasn't even a full day, got towed probably at 10 and picked it up at 3.

Terrible company. Rude, disrespectful and horrible customer service. Towed our car away while we were parked for not even 10 minutes. Somehow knew where we were going—almost like they were waiting for us to get out of our car. The only reason ANYONE would ever want to use this towing company would be because you want to just waste $400 and get disrespected by the workers. Super sketchy too if I’m being honest, looking at our car as if it was suspicious or something. Also, never told us who called them in—when the cops told us we could, in their minds the cops are “misinformed.” Do not recommend them whatsoever. They simply want your money. Maybe they should make their signs a little bigger.

If I could post no stars I would. Nothing but a crooked predatory towing company. Extremely rude staff and will not provide you proper documentation they received to get your car towed in the first place. I don’t know how this crooked business is still up and running.

They violated HB22-1314 by towing my vehicle that I accidentally double parked by not giving me a 24-hour notice. This is required by law and I am filing my complaints with the proper authorities. I parked my vehicle in the visiting parking of La Dolce Vita Apartments at approximately 8:00 on 11/12/25, they towed me same night at approximately 8:23 p.m. I noticed my vehicle was missing I'd approximately 8:49 p.m. I called the towing company and they confirmed that they towed my vehicle and it was for double parking, If you live at this apartment complexe you know that the lines are not maintained for the parking spaces. When I went to pick up my vehicle at approximately 9:30 p.m. I was showing a picture of my vehicle parked in an area that did not have proper markings and then I was shown the front of my vehicle where they kicked away the leaves to show what remained of the parking spot line and yeah the line was right in the middle of my bumper but how am I supposed to know that when the rest of the line is invisible at all, it'd be like towing someone for parking in two spots with snow on the ground. I had to pay $379.64 for them to release my car to me after illegally towing it. They charged me $245.32 for the tow, $21 for fuel and mileage, $103.70 for after hours fee, and an additional $9.62 because I paid with a card. I have already filed my complaint with Colorado DRA using the Transportation Compliant Form. I will be seeking a full refund of my money that I was forced to pay after my vehicle got stolen by this towing company, and I will also be filing a police report for possible racketeering because of the extortion I was put through.

Absolutely DISGUSTING company. Towed my car & tried to pick up, but they only allow 1 "appointment"an hour. They tow so many cars a day & close at 3 for pick up. They want you to pay the extra overnight fee. They charged me $361 plus $47 for fee. Made me wait til exactly 10 to get my truck. While no other customers are there being serviced. Zero customer service. Plus cash only, can only assume they are avoding the IRS. They will Absolutely be reported for this situation & encourage everyone else to do the same.

My husband’s car was towed from the private emergency room parking lot while his mother was in the ICU fighting for her life. There was zero compassion, zero grace period, and no attempt to verify whether the vehicle belonged to someone actively inside the hospital dealing with a medical emergency. We came out from the hospital during an incredibly emotional time only to discover the car had been taken. This added unnecessary stress, expense, and emotional trauma during an already devastating situation. Towing companies working hospital contracts should operate with basic human decency and discretion. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Live right by here, these people are absolute scum of the earth. One of their drivers ran over my dog this morning and took off. Called the business and the woman who answered the phone decided to victim blame and make it my fault, claiming my dog has attacked her previously so she could care less. Y’all can acknowledge your guy hitting my dog and can’t even muster up a sorry, just an attitude. I can’t imagine being so miserable in life. Dude speeding in a residential area plows into my dog (who ran out of our gate behind someone and made it into the road for literally 60 seconds) goes speeding off and the company wants to cover. Can’t imagine how they do business if that’s how they treat the community around them.
