Tyler’s been working on my truck for the past four or five months and I’m very impressed. Form the little things to the big things like clutches, he’s pretty much the only guy I call.

Called on a Monday to get a truck fixed said he would be out Wednesday morning. At around 3 on Wednesday had to call to find that he would be out late. He never showed! Then called the next day and he said he would be there. Never showed! Called the next day said he tried to call to say he would not make it but I never got a message. I then Called Friday and he said that He did not come because he did not have my address. I sent him the address and he said he would be out Monday morning. Guess what he never showed!!!!! Called him this morning asked why he never showed and he told me that he was just too busy. Did not try to reschedule or anything just said he was just to busy. Wasted my time for an entire week! I wont call him again.

Never called us back. We did leave detailed message. Was quite busy. You spoke with my stranded husband and said you would call him. You were at lunch at the time. You just didn't call back. I get it. Ppl get busy but he was stuck in 8 degrees and no heat.

Well I'll start by saying that I am a motor carrier from Laveen Arizona like anybody that decides to open a trucking company be prepared to take a lot of hits in the beginning if not through the entirety 10 days ago I was on a trip headed to Colorado about 600 mi in just outside of Colorado on the I-25 I blew a rear end paccar rear end anyone that knows pack our knows that they don't allow you to do anything but replace their entire rear ends after almost pleading with roughly 20 mechanics roadside repair companies I was blessed and I say that because it's no joke to find Tyler the only person in 150 Mi radius willing to even open the rear end up as I asked and look at it see if it was possible to be fixed as a days passed over the next week I became increasingly doubtful that I'd be able to continue as a motor carrier due to the enormous expense I was looking at peeling through layer after layer of people who only denied the possibility of Parts even existing somewhere Tyler pulled a rabbit out of his hat the gear was located an agreement was negotiated and allegedly the part was on its way only to learn for some reason the shipment had been canceled by the end of this week and ready to close the business down the phone rang and it was Tyler with the amazing news the part had somehow arrived in days ahead the truck would be repaired and I'm writing this review from the cab of my truck waiting on a load his efforts helped us stay in business and will allow us to keep fighting for the vets and civilians that need a hand up in Arizona I have to add that it's a shame there is not more people like Tyler in this business .

Was hired to replace a gear between reefer engine and compressor, picked up parts and delivered to him. 1 week went by and stopped in paid a little on bill up front so wouldn't be as big later 10 days went by before he attempted to start the repair, called saying trailer wouldn't start which didn't matter changing the gear it doesn't have to run with parts and trailer there. I received a call after 2 hours later saying he's charging me 2 hours of labor trying to get my trailer started, never got authorization to do anything other than replace the gear. He got mad and said he couldn't do the job because of my deadline I gave him which was still 2 days later. I did the repair myself in 3 1/2 hours then. I guess buying a reefer repair truck and learn as you go repairs my opinion, I know I'm not the only 1 with repair issues that he's done on reefer trailers. Gave him a second chance on a different trailer, did what was asked and he pointed out a few things that could come up another time was fair with his price on the repair. I asked him to be specific about what he did on invoice so I could be ahead of future problems and he was.
