I called and had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 PM. When I got there they told me they took a car in with out an appointment so I had to wait took it back in at 2 didn’t get done till after 4:30. On top of it the guy that does the oil change was fighting with the girl that was supposed to be in the office. I mean fighting yelling at each other like they are married or something trying to bring others into it

I took my car to Spradley and was told that my axel was bad and had to be replaced for 800 figured that was expensive so I called Meineke and they said it was the struts and they completed the work and my car wonderful

My family was here from cross-country when their car broke down right outside of Meineke in downtown Pueblo, Co. It took 2 1/2 weeks to fix their car. Not only that, they are roughly 150% - 300% markup on all parts. It is a complete rip off as auto repair shops do not charge this kind of markup. They ended up paying $2000 more because of that. My FIL worked on and fixed cars for a career. I would absolutely recommend another auto shop besides Meineke.

I’ve taken my own car here multiple times and never had a problem. I recommended this shop to a friend who needed her car towed. All was going well until the new manager and one of the mechanics got into it in the shop in front of my friend who was a customer. I came to pick her up and was appalled at the behavior. To be very clear the new manager was screaming at the mechanic about not being “professional” in front of a different customer for apparently questioning what he was telling the customer… last time I checked the mechanics are the experts not the manager. The manager then made a scene and screamed at both mechanics inside the waiting area in front of my friend and I while she was trying to get their attention to ask about getting items from her car so we could go. Ironic that the manager was accusing the mechanic of being unprofessional when the manager was extremely unprofessional aggressively hashing things out in front of other customers! I’m a little bummed because I like this shops work but clearly there’s some personal problems that need to be worked through.

I've been to this location for an oil change twice. They are always very professional, informative, great priced, and quick. Their website has the ability to book online and print coupons. That makes it very convenient to set an appointment to get service there. Soren at the front desk is very polite, and answered all the questions I had. Just a very pleasant experience overall.

The front desk person was rude and watching videos on his phone most of the time at a reficulous volume and face timing his "boo" who just woke up and wanted to go shopping at bath and body works because "lotion was buy two get two and they all ashy". He had an opportunity to show me my report and sell me fixes but he chose not to do that either.

Kevin is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable but I have to say this mans de-escalation skills are unreal!!!! A guy came in cussing and already mad and was honestly in a bad position, but Kevin didn't deserve the tone for sure. But he stood respectful and was honest with the guy and even stated I'm not going to be dishonest with insurance it's not what we do here, but he made him a friend by the end of the conversation! I don't even know how!!!!! It was amazing to hear and see!!!

Went in for a specific reason (asked them to check / replace a water pump). I had an estimate for a water pump replacement at the same shop approx 1 year ago. The new estimate was three times (3X) more than the original estimate. Instead of just checking the water pump, as I requested, they performed a full vehicle inspection (not at my request) then tried to charge me for it. After pointing out the price discrepancy for the repair estimate, the estimate was lowered two times. When I didn't agree to have the work done at that price, the estimate came down a third time. However, the last estimate price was still almost double what the original estimate was. I then called another reputable local repair shop and they gave me an estimate quote that was two hundred ($200) less than the last / lowest quote from Meineke. Needless to say, I took my business to the place that gave me a fair price the first time (which was significantly lower than the three quotes received from Meineke).

Went in for an oil change i thought we were going to be in and out but it took 2 1/2 hours and there were no other cars ahead of me that's the only thing I did not like but my vehicle runs like a champ they did an awesome job so I'm happy. Just make sure you read everything before you sign the agreement before they start working on your vehicle because you will end up paying more than what you expected. I just wanted an oil change.

Kevin, the service manager was awesome. They didn’t inspection and offered me services but didn’t push or sell anything to me. Oil change was fast and I got my car back within an hour. Super personable super helpful. I will get my regular oil changes here now.

I called and they straight up lied to my face and said that they sent pictures and they’re saying that the oil pan was leaking now it’s the CV axle. Also didn’t specify on the paperwork about which brakes are needing to be replaced. Trying to offer shit my mom doesn’t need. Only needed an oil change and trying to say she has a leak and needs brakes which is lie. I wouldn’t trust these people working on my car. Trying to make money because they don’t get that much service. Will post the pictures of the paperwork later.

Drove my car there for a tune up and ome misfire, they charged over $1k for 6 spark plugs to be swapt out and one new cable for my battery..Car died a week later.. Purchased a brand new car after. Do not go there, Willie is kind but likes to scam folks.

Went in for a rotate on my Avalon, and waited over two hours just to get the tires swapped. Over the course of waiting I left to get myself some snacks and take a walk around. When I came back I could find no one but someone named Zach behind the counter who doesnt deal with customers. As I waited for the manager to come back and finish my ticket I noticed a foul stench like sewer in the lobby coming from the bathroom and it would not dissipate, I waited for amother 30 minutes and finally the manager came to finish ringing me up for the job, when I brought up how long it took I got attitude from the manager Kevin. Overall I dont feel welcome or would recommend.

I booked online because of availability. I have never been to a Meineke location. Upon arrival, lobby was clean and had self serve coffee which was a plus. I went in for an oil change and inquired about having the Manager’s Soecial which included tire rotation, oil change, inspection and brake inspection. They were able to accommodate the change in service. I was sent a vehicle report that stated I needed to replace my serpentine belt. I chose to have it replaced and was told the service would take another 45-60 minutes. There was a delay because of an issue getting my wiper blades from another retailer which was a little annoying but the manager said explained and even gave me a discount. I will return to have my vehicle serviced at this Meineke location because of the wonderful customer service. I hope to be able to give five stars after my next visit.

I had an excellent experience at Meineke thanks to Kevin Antunez, Service Advisor, and Zachary S., Technician. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my Chevy Silverado and were able to correct it efficiently and thoroughly. What really stood out was their dedication—they stayed late past closing to make sure everything was done right. Both Kevin and Zack are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on my new diesel truck, which I truly appreciated as a first-time diesel owner. Professional, honest, and customer-focused service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
