Communication with service, follow up with customer. Don’t promise to do things and not fulfill it. Try and clean a car before returning it to customer, so they can see the work that has been completed. Walk around car when completed so if questions arise you can answer, rather than customer return back in to ask staff, and get blown off. Follow up on request for customer, when they ask about parts that were to be ordered and replace due to accident !

Another driver had hit my car and made it undrivable. Caliber collision was referred to me by their insurance company. They were amazing, they got me in right away. The one woman there her name was Renee was amazing. She Kept me updated every step of the way. There was a little hiccup with it being in calibrated, but it was done the very next day and my car was ready. I just appreciate the communication and me not having to run around and ask questions. She was on top of it and text me every Other day, if not every day just to kind of keep me updated. I would refer caliber collision to anyone who needs any kind of work done.

I cannot express how pleased I am knowing that my Dad has now gone to Caliber 3x for two different vehicles and has had such an excellent experience. Rena has fixed two of his Toyota trucks. 10/10 would NOT recommend using this location to get your car fixed. Always issues with the cars when you get them back. Nothing is ever completely finished and you’ll end up going back 5 times or more just to get the results you want. They will up play the work they did on your car as if they did a good job. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car repair needs. I have taken 3 cars to this location and all three times I had to return multiple times to get the results I should have been left with upon picking up my car. They will only fix what they want on your cars not what’s needed. Once they get called out on there work they will blame everyone else but there team who worked on your vehicle. I received my back lash from the repair shop then I did from my insurance. Every job they do they rush the process so they can get you your car back ASAP not realizing all the tasks they have left incomplete. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANY CAR REPAIRS!!!!!!! I will most definitely be taking my car to a different automotive repair shop to finish the work that they DID NOT finish.

He explained everything in detail, regarding the repairs on my vehicle. All the office staff were very friendly and helpful. They texted me with daily updates, which I really liked.
