Called before we drive an hour to this store, they knew we would be coming a few mins before closing at 10. When we got there, they had doors locked, lights were halfway off and would not pick up the phone. Very unprofessional to tell people you will service them BEFORE closing time and when the time comes, you’re nowhere to be found. Do better!!

Went to buy an adaptor and clamps but left my card at home. I was trying to reach my wife to get the card number and couldn't. I was about to leave when the manager and worker told me don't worry about it. I didn't know what they meant at first, then realized they were paying for the parts themselves for me. I couldn't believe it. That kind of service is unheard of. It didn't cost that much but the fact that they took care of me in this way is the point. They just said pay it forward. The only reason I won't exclusively give my business to them is if they can't get a part in sooner than another place in the event of an emergency repair. Otherwise, all my business will go there. Thanks O'Reilly parts.

Called and ordered two 5 gallon containers of Rotella 15w-40 I was told it would be delivered by Wednesday before thanksgiving. I called to make sure they were in and the lady on the phone was rude and very disrespectful. Will not shop at the store ever again.

This is the best parts store around. The guys here really know what's up and I've never had any issues with any transaction. Even with getting my alternator warranty replaced 4 times in 3 months. (It was my car's fault). Always a good experience.

Nate at the Hudson store was outstanding, professional, courteous, got me the right parts the first time and was moving faster then anyone in that store. Even came out to my car and showed me how to easily install it. Took 3 minutes. Give that kid a raise. He is management material. I might steal him for my shop. 👍👌

When you ask for certain parts, you would think they would know what to look for. Well I've ordered parts there twice and both times they couldn't get it right. But if you go in and tell them what you need they seem to be ok with getting the parts you need. Only when you help them look for it in the store or on the computer. I would think they would have more experience than that. But they do have pretty good attitudes.

The employees here at this location were absolutely the best. We were traveling through the state and had a breakdown. We were able to work on the car in the parking lot. Tony and the other lady working with him were absolutely amazing. They helped us look for the parts we needed. It was hot outside and they let me and my kids cool off inside the store while my husband worked on the car. They were compassionate and friendly and while we were there we saw Tony and the other lady working with him go outside and help several customers in the parking lot. Tony offered to help several customers check their oil and various other things with out them even asking as did the other lady working that day. If you need assistance they go above and beyond there. They helped make a bad experience more tolerable.

This is the second time I've ordered parts from this store and had a bad experience the first time the part was ordered and never came in.. I gave them another chance today was told the part would be in by 12:30 this afternoon came back at 1:00 and 1:30 to find out the part wasn't here yet kept getting told it would be 10 more minutes or so I waited in the parking lot until 1:30 and still no part.. so this will be the very last time I come to the store I'm very upset because this is the second time this has happened to me at this location

I had a really disappointing experience with Nicole, the night manager. She was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me like I was a burden rather than valued customer. When I came in looking to fix or upgrade my vehicles, she either flat-out refused to help or gave me serious attitude. To make things worse, she wouldn't even let her coworkers assist me, even though they seemed willing and able. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. I came in ready to do business, but left feeling disrespected and ignored

Pulled into the parking lot to get a product I needed when I seen the night manager chasing a customer out to her car While using profound language, and telling her to leave and never come back into O’Reillys. She then proceeded to stand at the back of the ladies car, not letting her leave. You can tell that the lady had not stolen anything not to mention the lady looked intimidated by the night manager. Plus, the night manager had never said anything in any sort in a way that says the lady stole something. Her attitude was very unprofessional, Her language was very unprofessional and that to me is not ok for a manager.

I needed help figuring out if I needed oil in my car for an unexpected road trip to help a family member. I went to Advanced Auto Parts to ask for help and the gentleman refused to help me. I left feeling scared that I might not be able to get this figured out. I came to O'reilly Auto Parts and explained the situation to Shantel and she immediately jumped to my aid saying "no problem at all I can help you with that." I ended needing a quart and she also let me know that I could probably top off the coolant. I was so impressed by her amazing customer service skills and willingness to help me.
