I had a flat tire. I went to the nearest place which happened to be the Walmart Auto Center. Waited 5 days for said tire. Was told they would call when available. Never called so I called to check on my tire the day after it was supposed to be there. I had to call multiple times as no one would answer the phone. Told the 1 tire I needed was in. I drove my car to the auto care center to be told they do not have time to replace my tire and to come back tomorrow. Total waste of my time. Very disappointed. DJ, the young man that initially helped me was great though, the rest seem to be rude and lack customer service skills.

I had taken my suv to get an oil change and tires balanced and rotated. I was happy until I drove off the lot. I could hear a sound in my tires that I had not heard before. I took the car back the next day to the south side tle. I talked to a gentleman who said he thinks he knows what it is. His name is Eric and he fixed the problem. It had something to do with the qled weights they use to balance the tires. His customer service was the best I've ever experienced through Walmart. Very happy customer.

I called about an oil change and and was told to come on in as they were not busy. So I drove right over and was told it would be a 90 minute wait. Only one car in front of me in line. I guess they thought I was as stupid as the average walmartian and would happily ruminate and graze in their store and spend spend spend. Boy were they ever wrong. I do not appreciate liars of the walmart variety.

The people working there did not want to be there, except for an older gentleman. Their lack of knowledge combined with their slow and horrible time of service allowed me enough time to figure out that they were not competent to work on a simple flat tire. Do not go to this location for anything service, you will die of old age or from inability to properly fix a tire.

Arrived at the tire center to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced on our SUV. Worst customer service ever. Not one single person was in any bay having work done. Waited for almost 45 minutes with no service at all before we just left and went to Peerlrss Tire. In and out in half hour there. Never again will we do buy tires from this Walmart.

I’ve never had good experiences with Walmart automotive. This is due to employees not latching my hood after an oil change, or cracking my windshield while changing wiper blades (La Junta, CO location). At this automotive site was one of them. I brought my car in to get a standard oil change, and everything was going well while the employee was getting my cars information and my own. My fiancé happened to mention that he had tried changing the oil himself but the bolt was too rounded for the tools we had (a small cheap wrench). Right after he says this, the employee jumps the gun and responds by saying they can’t change the oil, they won’t look at it, and they aren’t touching it. We were very confused because they’re mechanics with power tools that can easily get bolts off. At least much easier than we would be able to with a standard cheap wrench. The kicker is that multiple other Walmart automotive centers and two other mechanics were able to get the bolt off even though it was rounded to change the oil. But just at the sound of it being rounded was enough to immediately tell us they wouldn’t do it? We asked if they would at least look at it and he reluctantly agreed. We waited almost an hour for them to call us back and say they aren’t changing it cause they “can’t get it off”. Needless to say I’m never taking my car there again for future maintenance.

Sooooooo slow! 10-minute job to fix a tire and we’ve been here an hour and a half. They are not busy at all! One other car getting an oil change. 3 mechanics and a supervisor “working”. Also pretty rude and act as if they don’t care one bit about giving good service. Go somewhere else! It will be worth it, even if it costs you a few more bucks.

Usually a decent place for basic needs, some men and women are new and will help you as they can . Most the time the phone rings and ring’s until someone finally answers. They can not email anything to you and are often over priced and at times do a half way job. For an example, my battery needed to be changed and was located under my front left tire.. when done the bumper came off within a week and I had to pay for someone to reattach it correctly.

Very helpful staff. Selection is amazing, and pricing is beyond competitive. The only drawback is in variations of service. They may have a part but won't have tech to install. The prices make it worthwhile, though when it comes to tires or batteries, it is worth comparing to their price, and last but not least, the in store selection for anything automotive is terrific!

Returning your battery still under warranty is a bad experience. They test it at the counter and it gives a good read and the other part is a bad read. Then they want to put it on their charger for an hour and a half. Then you call at 4:00 pm and they tell there are two batteries still ahead of your battery . So they close at 7:00 pm while I was told they would have it ready at 4:00 pm. So I called at 4:00pm. That's when I was told there's two batteries ahead of mine!!! So if they would just exchange the battery I paid for them my car would be on the road now. And I would not be leaving a negative comment

Thank you Terra for the amazing customer service. I’ve been trying to get my tires taken care of for over a week now, I may have needed to come back after my oil change yesterday but it is such a relief they are done! Thank you to the gentlemen in the garage as well for the work done.

terrible customer service, rude staff, received a text that my car was ready, nobody to check me out, waited, waited, rang the bell, waited at least 20 minutes, when somebody showed up, they never apologized for the wait, not friendly. When i left, I step 1 foot on to the garage floor (oops) and was rudely told to "stay out of the garage" by another rude worker. I will not be going back.

Oscar and Caleb are awesome! I went in last minute desperately looking for someone to help me with an issue regarding my rim. They stayed after hours to help me and fixed it perfectly. They did an awesome job and I am SO grateful for their assistance. Will highly recommend them to others in the future!

I went here to try to get my oil changed. One of the bays was wide open so I drove in. Then some worker there raised his voice at me and hurried over and said I'm not allowed to do that. I asked him why isn't there any signage or a chain pulled across if I'm not allowed to just drive in, like Valvoline or Jiffy Lube. He said "Oh it's an insurance thing. Most people just stop at the door. You're really really not supposed to drive in like that." I said "Okay. Please let me out. I'm just going to go to Valvoline" he said no you don't have to do that and I said nah, please let me out. so he did raised the chain in front of me so I could leave. I went right over to the South Pueblo Valvoline, 1 minute away, where they treated me with kindness and understanding, gave me discounts, and fantastic customer service. I understand I broke Walmart's policy but there was no indication that I couldn't just drive up like other oil change places. And the Walmart Auto worker could have been much kinder and understanding towards me.

Very helpful and respectful Bought a tire. As a carry out. Will put on myself Had a Walmart employee carry it out to my truck and then loaded it. That's a first. Not complaining I don't mind carrying it out myself. But without complaining.... That's a first. Loved it. To be respected like that really made my day. Shook his hand and said "Thank You!"

Bought 2 tires Toyota front on Thursday. Went back bought 4 more tires. Very pleased w the service. Sunday front drivers tire blew. I was on hold for over an hour to make arrangements to get it to them. Don't do it. The lady answering the phone needs to be retrained. I spent $400 on tires purchased. Sunday 6.1.25 @ 3:30pm

Went in today to get my tire patched. The gentleman that met me outside was so cool and nice. After an hour, which wasn’t a big deal, I walk up to the register and DJ (a manager) is there talking to a young woman. The young woman walks off and suddenly “DJ is locked out of the system”, he told me that he needed to go get keys and he would be back. DJ NEVER CAME BACK. After 15 mins one of the guys from outside comes in and I asked him where the other guy went and why he didn’t return. Three other customers had come and gone in the time that DJ was missing. I told them I wasn’t sure where he went but told them what he had told me. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that this man wears a managers shirt. I won’t be back regardless of what’s happening with my car. Other than the gentleman that helped me in the beginning it was an absolute nightmare of an experience. Customer service out the window. I wish I had the name of the guy that helped me first bc he got them the two stars I did give them. SMMFH. The fact DJ runs off whenever he feels the need bc it was clear he was chasing after a young lady to continue to flirt is wild. The min I told the guys outside that a manager took off on me they knew immediately who he was and provided his name DO BETTER DJ 🙄

When I arrived for my oil change appointment they asked me if I could go to Autozone to pick up a filter. Apparently the last guy who brought his own filter didn't get the cost of the filter subtracted from the price. Seriously, how can anyone think this is acceptable?
