I’m still in a little bit of (happy) shock at how awesome my experience was with this company. When I began searching for companies to repair my car's hail damage, I didn't know where to start. Without a recommendation from someone I know and trust, I dragged my feet because I've dealt with enough dishonest, underhanded car-care related businesses who promise you great things but deliver nothing but stress. Hail damage was something I could live with since it didn't alter the function of my car getting from point A to point B. I was SUPER skeptical when I found out that Golden Touch Hail repair offered to detail the inside of my car and would do the repairs in only a few days! From start to finish, I was so impressed with James' communication; he updated me nearly every day with the status of my insurance company's evaluation, the condition/status of the repairs, and when he predicted the car to be returned to me. He was always very helpful and kind. He was extremely kind and very willing to explain the process to me. When I first met him, I asked him what the catch was with this company, since it appeared that I would pay literally nothing out of pocket except for filling up the rental car my insurance covered with gas that I used -- he assured me there was no catch, and that he as a business owner simply recognized that by providing good customer service and removing barriers inhibiting people from seeking out hail damage repair, they could attract more customers/keep return customers. Well, they certainly attracted me, and I have been referring everyone I know to Golden Touch Hail Repair if they ever need hail damage repair. When I say 'quick and painless', I really do mean it! I will certainly be a return customer (if needed for hail.... let's hope I don't get hail damage again! haha) But honestly, if it did ever happen again, I would not lose one second of sleep worrying about where to get repairs done. My vehicle was hit by dime and quarter-sized hail. James handled my claim smoothly. Sending the insurance payment to the business or James is the simplest. Beware; the insurance company may send the payment to the person who was paying the insurance's bank account. James and his brother took me to and from work when I dropped off and picked up the vehicle. Thank you James and your detailer. James and the detailer was professional throughout my claim and repairs, despite my oversight issue. Detailing my car and helping with my deductible were the best parts of my experience with Golden Touch. My car looks brand new! Thank you guys!

An ugly door dent magically appeared on the passenger side of my Jaguar one day, I took it to Golden Touch and couple hours later the dent magically disappeared and the price was awesome! After getting a new car from a dealership and taking it back for paint work 2 times and they were not able to get it right both times I decided to take it to Golden Touch Hail Repair & Detailing and James did a fantastic job cleaning up the hood and applying the clear coat to the hood and correcting the other paint issues with the car.
