Once again, Emily has saved the day. Twice in a year period Emily has graciously helped clean my car after getting hefty water inside of it and fit me in quickly to ensure that after I dried out the water my leather didn't stain. She never disappoints and is always so kind.

Emily did an AMAZING job!! I shed a lot (long thick hair) and my regular vacuum couldn't get all the nooks and crannies as well as every strand. My car is almost a decade old and the interior has never looked better. I've gone to other detailing places that have charged 3x as much as Gem's Auto Detailing does and my car didn't look half as clean. I highly recommend this place! She does detailing by appointments (I chose a Sunday) and can even come to you. Her pricing is fair and her work is phenomenal. Thank you for finding that eyebrow pencil that I thought was gone forever! 8)

I am set to get my license tomorrow and I wanted a clean car to drive. I was in a pickle bc a different company no showed this morning and I needed someone to come out today. I am so glad I found Gems Auto Detailing! She fit me in her schedule this afternoon! Prices are amazing and the thorough clean work they did made my car nice and clean and feel brand new! Iām a bit bummed, as this was a recommended place. If this was a $100 car cleaning itād be alright, but for $275 car detailing, this just didnāt cut it. I have an older car, nothing to be done about buffs and scratches, but there was literal dirt left behind. I brought it up to Emily and did have to drive/drop my car back off again for her to redo the issue spots. I had sent photos of the dirt that was left and while the vents and around the steering wheel were cleaned the second time, the visor and cup holder were not. (Yes, I checked, I did send photos of those dirt spots as well). The last photos of when I got it back a second time, how I was able to wipe dirt out of the holder with nothing but a damp paper towel. Again, this is car cleaning, but detailing? Thatās a stretch. I recently got a 15 year old truck from a dealer and was expecting it to be more akin to that sort of detailing for the price. Im always willing to give someone a second chance, as they did mention the lighting had changed. But to not even have the spot I sent photos of all redone was frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience with Gems Auto Detailing yesterday! Emily was so sweet, professional, and got me in for an appointment on my desired date without issue. Dropping off my car went so smoothly and, when I went back to pick up my car, it looked incredible. It was just as much fun driving away from the detailing appointment as it was the day I drove my car off the lot! it truly looked like a brand new car again.

I have had a sunroof left open in a storm and a window get put down in a car wash and both times she has fit me in quickly and given me back my car sparkly clean for me and saved it from water stains. I wish I could leave a 10 star review. Scheduling was super easy and Gem's went out of their way to work around my schedule by even offering to come to my home. Very professional, honest and Emily is a total sweetheart. I have now used her twice and each time I am amazed how hard she works and how beautiful my vehicles look/smell afterwards. I got a diamond package detail from Emily, interior and exterior, and the car looks great! I didn't think to take before pictures but it was definitely dirty, with lots of sand, pine needles, random residue in crevices, trash, and dirt inside, and all the slush and dirt that February in NH brings on the outside. I didn't even realize how dirty it was until I saw how nice and clean and white it looked after. Smells nice now too. Emily is so sweet and accommodating, and it was extremely easy to get in contact with her through text after finding her page on facebook. She answered my text right away with options for time slots when I asked to get a detail last minute before a cross-country road trip. She was able to fit me in the next day, and offered appointments on the weekend too. She conveniently came to my house to pick up the car and dropped it back off a few hours later. Communication was great, service was great, and price was great - she has an awesome deal going on right now for the month of February! Love supporting a female-owned business and I can't recommend Gem's enough.
