I found this hidden jewel next to my new home in Hudson NH. Very professional and friendly. My experience was great and my car was done earlier than expected. Before I found them I had to cancel my appointment made previously with a Volvo dealership that quoted me almost double than what I paid for the same service. Definitely would recommend 5 stars.

January 2026 Update. The biggest change is customer service. I had a warning light come on and called and asked to speak to one of the owners. He said I down in morning and we'll run an OBD scan. Thinking Id save them time I'd have O'Reilly run a free scan. Result brake sensor. I drive to shop and ran into a road block. The check out clerk who knows little nothing about cars. I told her I had a report indicating a sensor. She took the reports d studied it for a couple of minutes. No clue as to what she's reading. I asked her to take it back and get quick read. She said, here's what I'm thinking bring it down firadatans well take a look. Frustrated I left. After spending thousands for repairs I'm done. Customer Service has changed they should put up a sign no more discussions with the owners. Straight forward is the best way to review this establishment. After three dead batteries with my previous mechanic who refused to consider it was the alternator, on a recommendation, I took my car to Silverline over Thanksgiving break and sure enough it was the alternator and repaired on an emergency basis because it was not a scheduled appointment. There's no BS and a lot of talk here they simply get the job done.

If your looking for the "typical" experience, don't go here! ;) Service was excellent! I was quoted a fair price and time (2000 RX300 AC compressor seized) . Other parts were needed and not surprisingly...again fair. Car delivered as promised and under quote. Bob & Jeff ruined it for other repair shops! Thank you!!

My car wouldn’t start, the message on my dash said “service transmission” and, as anyone would, my husband and I panicked that we would need to get a whole new one. As soon as we told the guys are silver line what was going on they reassured us it most likely wasn’t that…and sure enough they were right! They serviced it quickly and found out what the issue was. It sounded like a simple fix and didn’t try to “sell” us on everything else that could be wrong with my Jeep. We had them put new tires on as well and when all was said and done we walked away without breaking the bank! We are grateful they took care of it so quickly. The only thing that held them up was waiting on the tires we ordered. We will absolutely be back for future services!

Made appointment dropped off night before. Photos of my 05 accord ex 120k miles at Silver Line for mechanical assestment because engine code imdicated failure of polution control system. Questioned if my honda was worth repairing. Not sure of cost to repair to pass NH State inspection. Silverline went through everything on car, detail of what they looked at was great. Great service! I called Tuesday to have my car inspected, which they took in stride, and they let me drop off my vehicle the night before. The morning of, they inspected it quickly and called me quickly to tell me it needed back brakes. The price didn’t break the bank and the work was done before noon. Absolutely amazing experience overall and would highly recommend

Severely disappointed. After being recommended to me. Decided to get a simple wheel bearing swap. Was quoted price with a warning of a more precise one once vehicles looked at. Was told I would get a call, never got a call and charged me almost double for part than originally told (when originally quoted I could of gotten part for 80$ less then original quote decided to go with Silverline for convenience) WILL NOT BE BACK!
