Took my 2021 Honda Civic Type R to Zaks for an alignment and road force wheel balancing, prior to this appointment, I smacked a curb literally head on smashing my front lip so from that moment on the car felt a little off when driving it but nothing too concerning, after dropping it off to Zaks and picking the car up, my car feels more “planted” to the road and I now have more confidence driving it, also my steering wheel is straight when driving straight and not tilted slightly to the left like before when I had another shop do an alignment so kudos to Zaks for also fixing that! They definitely know what they’re doing and I will be bringing my car here for future services!

Zack’s did a great job installing a “Stealth” hitch on my Genesis GV60. It’s the only hitch on the market available for this car at this time. I spoke with Tim when I made the appointment. He was very pleasant and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The customer area is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited for the installation to be completed. After, the technician who installed the hitch showed me how it worked as it is a little different from traditional hitches. I highly recommend Zack’s. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

In about ten years I’ve had all my vehicles maintained by the technicians at Zaks. In some cases they addressed issues dealerships like Mercedes and Audi were unable to fix. Because of the customer service and high quality work I go to them for all services only exception being recalls. Heck if the manufacturers would allow I would go to them for those too. Keep up the amazing work folks.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I called with an issue and they were able to get the car in on extremely short notice, which in itself is rare these days. Not only did they make room in their schedule, but they diagnosed the concern quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and had the vehicle repaired and back on the road in less than a day. Zaks Auto has a customer for life. I have taken my Golf R there on several occasions for wheel/tire mount and balancing and they always hit it out of the park with zero issues. Obviously you don’t want to have polished lips like on my Apex ML-10RT wheels be mishandled or scratched by a tire shop that’s trying to get cars in and out as quickly as possible. I know that if I bring something to Zaks, their team will handle it with utmost care. Their waiting room is a nice place to hangout while you’re waiting for your vehicle. Their staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, and I would without hesitation recommend their services to anyone. Especially high performance wheels and tires!
