Can't say enough good about the folks at 3D Auto Works. The way they treat their customers is absolutely above and beyond amazing. I'm purchasing my first BMW, an E60 M5, which if you know these vehicles you know how finicky this particular model can be if not properly cared for. The vehicle was looked over with a fine tooth comb, and Dave took quite a bit of time to explain everything he found, as well as telling me what to keep an eye out for in the future. He is clearly incredibly knowledgeable about these vehicles, and I wouldn't hesitate for even a second to recommend 3D Auto Works to anyone and everyone with a BMW or Mini. This will be my go to shop for everything BMW related.

Had a Mini Cooper that was in great shape and working fine- had some repairs done here and leaving the driveway of the shop the gear system shredded the engine. Car was a complete loss. They blamed my son who picked it up and they did nothing for me. Would not even refund my repair bill. Be careful here.

I had to rebuild the steering on our 2020 Mazda MX-5 and obviously needed an alignment when I was done. 3D Auto Works was recommended and did a fantastic job with the car even though I delivered the car to them with a loose steering rack that they had to diagnose. They troubleshot the problem well and were able to complete the alignment to my specification. The car drives great. Thanks, guys!

3D is simply a quality local family run business in Hudson NH. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Dan and his Son along with the rest of the crew give you a fair and honest assessment of your BMW/MINI with regards to repairs and maintenance. There is never any pressure or false stories here. This is clearly a independent BMW/MINI repair shop that gets all sides of the equation. The shop is very busy, all the time, for a reason. If you keep your BMW/MINI longer than the average owner and it’s out of “warranty” there is simply no other place to go. 2006 MINI Cooper/2003/2005 BMW 325i.

I just bought a used Mini Cooper Clubman S and had a noise coming from the front wheel. Called 3D based off their good reviews and they got me in 1st thing the next day. Of course, the noise didnt come back, but Dan the Father/Owner took me for a ling drive in my car, listening and feeling for anything wrong. They pointed out items that were nearing needing replacement so that I could start planning for the maintenance. These guys are awesome. Have brought my Mini to them a few times to do things to it that I could not without a lift and or the expertise. They always called and ran things by me prior to doing any work. They had my last Mini running mint, wouldn’t take my Mini’s or Bimmer’s anywhere else.
