My truck is getting up there in age, 12 years old and 196k miles young. As such it has really started to need more attention and dare I say it, repairs. I can’t say enough good things about the team at devoted. The communication is unbelievable. I receive updates via text and email through out the process, have access to the mechanics notes and always get a quick reply from Mike when I ask questions. I dropped off my truck today and found out I needed a catalytic converter. I asked Mike when they could get it back to me and he said that day. I just picked up my truck an hour after closing because it was fighting them and knowing it is my only car, the guys stayed late to make it happen. Beyond relieved and pleased I found these guys. If you aren’t sure yet, I implore you to try them for your next repair.

I had a great experience with Devoted Repairs. My 2006 Cadillac DTS had lost its power steering and was sometimes struggling to switch gears. But the team at Devoted Repairs did a thorough diagnosis and found a few other issues with my car. They provided me with a detailed estimate that included pictures of everything that needed to be fixed. They also categorized the issues based on their priority and urgency. Since my car was my only mode of transportation, the repairs were going to take about 10 hours. However, Mike and Ben were able to move around their schedule and work late hours to get the job done as soon as possible. I was really impressed with their dedication and hard work. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from Devoted Repairs. Mike and Ben did an outstanding job. Thank you so much! You guys rock!

I am a female who knows nothing about cars. From the moment I called Devoted Repairs, I knew I was putting my car in the right hands. Ben was so attentive listening to my long-winded car troubles. After he thoroughly explained how my engine works in terms that I understood, it made sense to schedule an appointment at Devoted Repairs for a second opinion. When I arrived at the shop, I was blown away. This was the cleanest shop I have ever been in. The guys in the office (I think their names were both Mike) were so friendly and welcoming. They answered a bunch of my questions and let me know I would hear from them soon. I received a text when Ben started working on my car and a text with his diagnosis right when he finished. Within a minute of receiving the text with his diagnosis, Ben called to discuss all of the tests he did on my car. He extensively explained how he came up with a completely different answer for my check engine light than a shop in Manchester came up with. I moved forward with having Ben do the repair he knew my car needed. Devoted Repairs saved me thousands of dollars. Had I listened to the first shop that diagnosed my car, I would have spent almost $2k fixing something that wasn't even broken. These guys are honest and provide services at a great cost. They even offer new customers 15% off of your first visit, which was a phenomenal surprise!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Devoted Repairs. The service writer Mikey got me squared away with what I needed and how much it was going to cost. I brought in my 09 Acura MDX and they got to work. The technician Ben is one of the best in the game when it comes to these cars. They did my timing belt, water pump etc while it was in. It took them a business day and I was back on the road. They also took care of a couple odds and ends my vehicle needed to get it to the way I wanted it, and the way they wanted as well.
