This dealership is absolutely disgusting we put a down payment on a car over the weekend and as soon as we drove a couple blocks within 5 minutes of driving the car started shutting down. We called the dealership immediately and told them to pick up the vehicle because it started breaking down the dealership came to pick it up, we paid a total of $500 deposit on the car and we also paid for gas and tolls they refused to pay us back for the inconvenience. THIS IS WHY YOU TEST DRIVE. To ensure the vehicle can drive proper and is a good car, but somehow us driving for FIVE MINUTES made us responsible? We demanded a refund and they refused. This is absolutely horrible practice and DAVE AND JOHNNY are TERRIBLE sales people. We've reached out several times and have been ignored. We did our end and got delivered a broken down car. DO NOT trust these people they sell unworthy and DAMAGED VEHICLES and do not refund their customers. If this was handled appropriately I wouldn’t have to make an unpleasing review, but I believe the public should be aware of their community and local businesses. This company is horrible DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP if you’re in the market for the Ford 150 DO NOT purchase the vehicle is salvaged.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer & in the beginning I’ll admit I was a little stubborn & not as friendly because you can never really trust a used car dealer… BUT I WAS WRONG …. From the second I walked I was greeted with nothing but respect and love! I believe the gentleman was name Johny he helped with the purchase and financing. He pulled the car out handed the keys and I went for a test drive (alone)… the vehicle drove very smooth …I was beyond pleased but didn’t want to show it! We went back in the office and discussed pricing. that’s when I met the owner Dave… In which I was shocked because he was there the whole time!… he had tools in his hand and that’s when they earned my RESPECT!…. Being a business owner & seeing another owner get into the field and actually get dirty goes along away so I put my hand out to shake his oil and all!! … Make a long story short I purchased the vehicle under market price during this crazy chip shortage inflated car market and I’m more than happy and now I’m happy to say I’m part of the genesis family! I actually been taking my daughters car here for maintenance & service and it’s been running more than awesome! A one stop shop, you can buy cars and bring your cars for fixed! YOU WONT REGRET IT

Came in to get my car serviced for some issues i was having! Dave lifted my hood and unbeknownst to me the negative battery terminal was disconnected! Instead of the dealer that i originally came from connecting my battery terminal to the battery, they connected the battery to the ground of the car! I was there for less than 30 minutes! Due to this i was getting a lot of maintenance lights! Thank you so much for addressing this issue Dave Highly recommend

Let me first say I very rarely, if ever, leave reviews for things I buy. Also I waited to do so until I received my title and plates and drove car for last 6 weeks. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. The communication, and professionalism with Daved at first ;then with Johnny at final sale was exceptional. Pricing was fair and flexible within reason. A few minor issue were found when I first looked at vehicle and were instantly addressed and resolved with no discussion. These guys do it right and I highly recommend them and will buy from again.

Dave This is Dave with the 09 acura tsx. Thanks for the great work on pads rotors on both axles. These guys are laid back quick and friendly. Had no issues at all and very well priced. Id recommend anyone with car maintenance problems come here. I been here this year and 3 years ago and they never disappoint. Very hard workers. You will not regret it. I initially wrote a nice review for this place. But I spoke too soon. I'm just returning after my traumatizing visit. I got ripped off badly. The mechanics are liars. I am editing this review as Genesis has claimed to not remember me. Perhaps this picture will remind them. Maybe they have changed as I see the reviews are mainly good. I got this used Toyota from them and as a woman, I came in alone - my mistake. The car died 2 weeks later and I had to have it towed to a scrap company. This was in 2021. Maybe they are better now. Just beware as many mechanics still believe women are stupid about cars. Surely I was and they can't be blamed for that one.

I had been searching for a specific truck for about a month and Genesis had one. I had previously tried to work with several other big name dealers and was treated very poorly and they tried to scam me in many ways. Not Genesis, they treated me well start to finish. I felt so comfortable with what they were telling and showing me that I took a 7 hour train ride to their shop to buy the truck. I looked over the truck, we took a test drive, No BS, no pressure, no hidden things, just how buying a car used to be and should be. My wife will be looking for a car in about 6 months and if they have what she wants we will be making another train trip. Thank you for showing me that their are still people out there with a little humanity.

Overall the service was good. Johny was my sales person and he did everything in his best knowledge to get me what I wanted. I had service done by them and it was some hiccups here and there due to lack of communication so that's my only complaint, but they did come back with answers and fixed the issue. I respect these guys and their business to be honest.
