My alternator went out on my Cadillac and I called Mark to see if he could get to it and he explained that it would be a very time consuming job, that I could bring it in to him and leave it and he would try to have it ready by the weekend. So I dropped it off Monday morning and didn’t expect to get it back before Friday. During our conversation, I had mentioned to him that I have a lot of doctor appointments due to my cancer treatments and I got a call from Mark Wednesday morning letting me know that my car was ready. He and his staff must have teamed up on it or something lol. The amount of weight lifted off my shoulders due to them putting my health needs ahead of line was very uplifting to say the least. And my car was just as clean as it was when I left it. I highly recommend Mark and his crew and would put them up against any repair shop in the city. Thank you guys for helping me out when I needed it most.
