Lowest quote we got for small body work and paint; you get what you pay for. Took longer than told, which is ok when communication is evolved but we didn’t hear anything until we asked about pick up and was told he needed 4 more days. At pickup car interior was dirty and tape adhesive was left on the outside of the car, which I’m still battling getting off. Body work isn’t what I asked for but was told “ it’s been in a wreck so it won’t be perfect”, isn’t that what I paid you for?…..

Horrible customer service and horrible job done on my vehicle overall. I brought my car in to get a dent removed from the front door and they told me they would have to repaint the door in order to repair the dent correctly. I reluctantly agreed and they completely dropped the ball on the paint job after having my vehicle for almost a month. They didn’t even add a clear coat or matched the paint properly. When I expressed my discontent with the job that was done the owner tried to charge me more to do the job correctly. If I could give negative stars I would 0/10 would not recommend.

The front end of my Cadillac was wrecked, and one of my church members recommended Reform Auto Body and Paint. I’m so glad they did! Reform auto paint and body inc stood out for a variety of reasons: 1. Their estimate was the best priced, and their hourly labor rate is less expensive. Believe me, it makes a difference. 2. They were the only ones who evaluated whether a repair would be possible. They were confident they could do a full repair, which helped bring the cost down by $400. All the other shops said that I needed a bumper replacement, and that Caddy bumper part is not cheap. Even Reform’s replacement quote beat out other shops by $200-300. 3. Their customer service is top notch. Their office manager Majid picks up the phone in 2 seconds, and the estimator, Ray, is the sweetest soul. You can tell he cares deeply about the work and the customer. 4. Last but not least, their quality is sensational. They fixed up some of the other scratches, and the bumper looks brand spanking new. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work…a win all around! Please keep in mind that you need to book an estimate appointment because they make sure they have space for you to pull up in front of the shop. I also had to wait two weeks for them to have availability to work on the car. They quoted 2-3 business days in the shop—it would have taken them 2 days had the dealership shipped the correct part. The car came home 4.5 days later looking like a beaut!

Whatever you do avoid this shade tree company. I went to have this company paint my car for $3,995 and the insurance company paid them to repair my bumper and they didn't buy a new bumper or have a receipt for any of the repair work at all.The paint job is less than what I would accept from a beginner finisher as a master finisher my self. I have posted pictures of the work. If I refinished a Grand Piano with this quality of craftsmanship I would be laughed out the industry. Professionalism and humble to get your money after that you are going to get hood type encounters trust me. You will come out better trying to do it yourself. When they give you receipts for your money and ask you to sign they also try to sneak a fraudulent hold harmless agreements in on it. Read any and everything before you sign. They don't even know a hold harmless agreement has to be specifically written for each job wit specific language. I end with DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hello Jacksonville, FL! I’m here to tell you about Reform Auto Paint and Body, a local business that gave me my car back looking brand new. My poor car was scratched all of the way through the body on the driver’s side. Reform Auto Paint and Body saved the day! A friend of mine recommended Reform Auto Paint and Body because they have used them several times and were very pleased and satisfied with Reform Auto Paint and Body work. As a woman, there is nothing better than using a friend’s tried and true advice. I went by and had Majid look at my Subaru and he gave me a quote. Excellent news, the quote was 50% less than the two other quotes I had!! Majid did a great job on my Subaru Forester and I am very satisfied with the affordable auto body repair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS — especially if you’re a woman. Long story short, I went in needing three repairs on my car: one minor issue and two that were slightly more labor-intensive (but nothing major). No parts needed to be replaced—this was mostly cosmetic damage. I paid $85 just to stabilize my side mirror, which had been taped. All they did was hammer four nails into it, and it’s still poorly secured. I checked on my car around 2:00 PM and no work had been done. Two hours later, they suddenly claimed everything was “fixed.” The other repairs were okay at best, but overall the work was absolutely not worth $1,165. It genuinely felt like they saw a woman and took that as an opportunity to overcharge and take advantage. Unfortunately, I was insistent on getting the work done, and that was my mistake. I would never return to this place.

We dropped our vehicle off after we needed some side panel work, taillight , side mirror and from day one, the guy who seem to run the shop for someone else , told me it would be no problem to do the job. since I told him we were unable to pay the deductible, he told me not to worry about it. I worked in a body shop when I was younger, so I understand how they operate. They kept the vehicle for longer than the insurance paid for the rental and produced a product that had runs in the paint and they were paid by our insurance company to replace a $2000 tail light that they never installed. I’ve called twice and he has both times giving me excuses why he cannot put the tail light in at this point. We have no other option but to call our insurance company and declare the fraud that is happened to us. We hope you can spare yourself from that experience Because that body shop only offers money off if you write a good review, but they destroy vehicles.

It's hard enough when you are in a car accident and dealing with the stress, the time loss, inconvenience and also the anxiety of having your car repaired. They were recommended by a friend and I could not be more appreciative of the level of service I received. They are amazing from start to finish. It's a family owned and operated business and they make you feel like an old friend. The process was painless, they worked directly with Geico for the repairs and assisted me with the rental car pick up and kept me updated on repairs. They have an extremely well organized system and it's obvious why they are the best at what they do. The location is easily accessible as well and the shop is visible and clean. Line level employees are courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the repairs, impossible to tell that I was in car accident.
