We dropped our vehicle off after we needed some side panel work, taillight , side mirror and from day one, the guy who seem to run the shop for someone else , told me it would be no problem to do the job. since I told him we were unable to pay the deductible, he told me not to worry about it. I worked in a body shop when I was younger, so I understand how they operate. They kept the vehicle for longer than the insurance paid for the rental and produced a product that had runs in the paint and they were paid by our insurance company to replace a $2000 tail light that they never installed. I’ve called twice and he has both times giving me excuses why he cannot put the tail light in at this point. We have no other option but to call our insurance company and declare the fraud that is happened to us. We hope you can spare yourself from that experience Because that body shop only offers money off if you write a good review, but they destroy vehicles.

Paid cash ala carte trusted the owner by his word .. got scammed money stolen 8400+ now no new parts except headlights.. pressured.. lied to.. unethical business practice..many pictures but will see them in court.. believe the rating they got if you want to ... Get an invoice io front..oem parts list..i got nothing till after and I was devastated and took my car back 2 times to fix it but now im suing to get something back.. they are crooks...
