Do NOT give this man your business if you are a VET!!!! Bill literally took a Veteran’s paperwork and threw it in the trash stating he would NOT do the work to his vehicle AND he should do it himself after the gentleman told him what all he had tried to do himself to get the vehicle running. All this man wanted to do was find someone to get his truck running and the Veteran Program would pay for it. This is the treatment he got.

These Guys Are Something Special Both Intelligently And Professionally Addressing Each Vehicles Specific Issue Being Addressed They Are Real Down To Earth Just GoOD Folk All Around And Won't Jerk You Around And They WoN'T Knock You Across The Head With Any Over Pricing ; Nor Any Misdiagnosis of Issues / Problems With Your Vehicle. Gordon's automotive isn't like most automotive repair shops. Gordon treats every customer fair and equally. The mechanics here are always honest about problems with my vehicles. They also include warranties on labor and parts used for at least 90 days. Most places say they "fixed" something then it breaks the next day and you have to pay for the same work twice because you didn't buy the warranty on the work even if they didn't offer a warranty. Gordon always gives it to you straight. I recommend this shop to everyone in my family.

Called to get an estimate. Was asked if we could drop it off and leave it, unfortunately we can't and I said no. Was told "I don't know who's gonna be able to help you". That's a poor customer service response. If you can't work with someone that's okay, kindly decline.

If you're looking for a business that is 100% committed to customer service and honesty, look no further. Bill, Bubba and their team are total professionals and they will make sure your automotive problems are resolved in a timely manner at a fair price. My wife and I were recently in Jacksonville visiting relatives when our Ford F150 died. Two bad components in the Emissions System were quickly identified and replaced. Our 2014 truck with 120,000 miles now runs like new for our trip back to Virgina.

Very honest and trustworthy people. I started to bring my Honda CRV to the shop about 2 years ago. Bill and his son Burba ALWAYS take good care of me, decent prices, turnaround time is quick, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. They installed a replacement compressor for me a year and a half ago and last week I have an issue with it. Brought the car in yesterday and they found out that the compressor failed. It’s a surprise to hear, But the nicest part is Mr Bill said they will have a replacement unit for me without charge. I would recommend my friends and family to bring their cars to this shop 👍👍👍

Great shop, took my truck there twice, and is currently being serviced for a rear main seal leak. First time I took it to have my ac vacuumed out so I could replace my own compressor, the mechanic helped me diagnose everything just to find out that my problem was a bad relay. Saved me 200 dollars for buying a new compressor and sure enough my ac has worked to this day. Thanks Gordon. For being honest and fair. I look forward to see how my f150 turns out this time around

It has taken me a moment to write this as I needed to find the perfect way to express our experience. We had an issue with the CV joint on our Equinox and they diagnosed the issue and found we had a bearing going bad in the rear. They were amazing on the service and the customer experience was top notch. They took care of us and our vehicle and earned our forever business.
