Do not use Georgia commercial I called for a simple repair and the truck was only 15 minutes from their shop.I was told no problem be about 90 minutes they never showed up or called me and I called them with no response.I will NEVER call them for anything for my fleet and will pass the word around about the service.

Called them for service, was given a 90 minute ETA for a mechanic to come out to work on the truck. First there was a 2-hour delay, now 6 hours later they are not answering the phone and apparently not coming out.

Only a fool will call these ppl. My Semi went down 1:45 pm, I called and was told 90 mins. Never showed nor answered the phone. I had to call someone else to come fix my truck. Listen to what I tell you the reviews never lied. They are a joke and if you use them thats at your own risk. I lost a day ride time and out on a load.

Called by my road service (CoachNet) to respond to emergency service. Gave ETA of 90 minutes for a 48 minute trip according to Google maps. Road service called them numerous times for updates on ETA. Never showed up and eventually no one would respond to phone calls from our road service. Ended up being towed at 10PM to safe location for the night. Stay away from this company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would This company ends up brokering the call service. A company showed up after 2 hours and didn't have tools to install a belt.After 680 to finally install it comes off after a couple of miles.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve received during an emergency which left my truck & trailer on the side of 95 without a single call or even showing up. Called dispatcher multiple times and was told 90 minute wait, 3 hours later and still nobody arrived. Tried calling dispatcher and mechanic and neither answer their phone, return text messages, or even call when they said they would. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CALL GEORGIA COMMERCIAL REPAIR FOR ANYTHING! Don’t waste your time the way I wasted an entire evening on a 27 hour drive. Best bet is to call 511 and have the GeorgiaDOT repair service come help or find another 24/7 roadside assistance garage. Georgia Commercial Repair IS NOT THE GARAGE TO CALL, WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT CALL THESE CLOWNS! Wish 0 stars was an option for reviews because they deserve absolutely ZERO!

This company is a joke, I had a truck broke down by Macon, GA i called them for a road service it was about 1pm, I was told it will be about and hour showed up 4 hours later. They said i needed brakes on the truck after approving the repairs they went looking for part at midnight they stopped answering my phone calls, showed up next morning finished the job finally charged me for 7 hours of labor on brakes which is crazy. When it was time to pay i asked if i can give them a t check express code and the balance i can put on a card. They called me 5 times saying the code was invalid only to find out 5 days later it was cashed and paid the full amount on a card. Now i cant even get a hold them, beware this is a scam do not call them for your own good
