DISHONEST! Charged for 3 hours of labor for a job that took 1 hour. Was told “That’s what your estimate was written for.” When questioned about it, I was told “We had 2 guys working on it.” I even agreed to pay for 2 hours of labor due to this and was still told no. Beware! Apparently their “estimates” are final, and obviously over exaggerated.

I have always used this shop in the past. My car has been there for work on 4 different occasions. I was always happy. At one point they replaced my hood and painted it. The paint started fading and no matter what I used, it would never shine. I started getting rock pitts on it. The pitt would chip and peel. I do not drive on gravel, I live and work on paved roads. I travel 210 every day just like everyone. I have never seen any other hoods do this. I took it back and they said it would cost me $200.00 but they would do it. I got State Farm involved and Duke (who is VERY rude) said they would do it and bill the insurance. Now Lloyd Lauw has already received at lest $15k dollars for all of the repairs they have done on tis car. The workmanship was bad in the first place and they should have covered it. But instead, they sent my insurance company a bill $536.35 and they paid it. This place is a crooked place and I will not go back there again. And I will tell everyone I meet about this.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They completely ruined my dad's battery post and left a bolt loose on my engine block. I seen the other day they left a piece of of a Mercedes front light that allowed water in, destroying the electronics and were being rude to the guy in his post. Garbage place, not the company just this particular place.

Paint didn't match at all no effort to even try to blend the fender into the hood or the doors. Horrible service picked up my truck and parts were broken that shouldn't have even been touched. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Owner was very rude when asked a question.

Picked this place to repair my vehicle. They did a good job except after my wife picked it up a piece fell off. The guy must have lost the screw to hold on one of the trim pieces and instead of ordering a new one the guy just super glued the cap on and hoped for the best. I brought it back in and the owner said the would fix it and was very apologetic. But makes me wonder what other short cuts the guy took and what i will find later down the preverbial "road".

I called to get an estimate for my my truck. He asked what insurance I was with. I have progressive, but they already sent me a check to get my truck fixed. He immediately responded with "I dont deal with progressive". I expressed to him that I can deal with my insurance i just need to get my truck fixed. He said he doesn't have to time to give an estimate or even look at my truck.

Very rude business owner. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant to talk to owner and staff. Kept the car for 2 weeks. When I asked what repairs had been completed to car, they handed me the bill, and said to read it, it would tell me what they did. When they had me pick it up, it still was not repaired. I had to bring it to All Star for them to finish it. Now All Star did an excellent job, and was very professional and helpful.

After the hail storm a few months ago we dropped off my husband's truck and they did an absolutely wonderful job. Any extra expenses that came up they handled directly with the insurance company and didn't bother me with it at all. It was very helpful as my mother had just passed and we were out of town. I really appreciate the great work and caring that they put into repairing out vehicle.

I will NEVER bring anything back to this repair shop. They completely ruined the front end of my truck. I took my truck in with nearly $20k worth of repair and I drove it away with a dent left in my door, paint discoloration on my hood, clear coat puddles dripping from my hood, and my exhaust tips bent to hell. To make things worse, I drove out of their parking lot and my tires were rubbing my fenders so bad it tore up the inside of my fender well and also my mud flaps. My truck NEVER rubbed before this. I went back and complained and the “manager” didn’t say a word he just sat there smoking a cigarette and was ignoring everything I had to say. The estimator was the only person in the building that was helping me with these problems. I wouldn’t bring anything to these clowns. Did quick work but it was a terrible job, my truck still isn’t fixed. Sorry excuse for a manager gerber, if you messed up admit to it like a man don’t go and hide when things get tough. THANK YOU TO THE ESTIMATOR CHRIS, he was the ONLY helpful person in the building. This was the Sulphur, La location…… Now I am replying to their reply on my review, nobody has contacted me, nor have they tried to contact me, whoever you are talking about is lying and so is whoever responded to my review. I hear the new Manager is a nice lady, I’m looking forward to speaking with her. IF they contact me.

Delivered Jan 21,2018 returned to me April 20. 2018. Bumper crooked, fender hitting bumper. Lights not connected. Decals missing. Rear fender falling off. Paint bubbled and scratched. Bolts missing. Hood hinge chipped. Spot mirror missing did not repair nor paint my top at all I had to bring to another shop to complete repairs and paint top.And fix all the misalignment of the parts Lloyd law replaced. Gave them 3 chances and 3 months to get it right. This has to be the worst paint and body shop in southwest Louisiana.
