Someone backing out of their driveway back into my car and caused some damage. Their insurance company told me to take it to Gerber Collision and Glass for an estimate and repairs. the day of my appointment, which I was only there to get an estimate, but was told that I could leave my car and have it worked on that day. I got my car back 2 days earlier than expected and they did a phenomenal job on my car and the car was washed and vacuumed leaving it spotless. From the moment I arrived everyone was very helpful very friendly and very quickly to process my claim. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much for doing such a great work on my car.

I brought my car in over a year ago to get the front bumper refinished. The previous owner of the car attempted to touch up rock chips and they did a very poor job. The color did not match at all, so I paid Gerber Collision to start from scratch and fix it. Well, they did no such thing. I've had the car for over a year since they performed a refinish and the paint is flaking off in multiple locations. This where I discovered that all they did was spray new paint over the old paint and made no corrections to the surface. There are literal 3 inch long chunks of paint falling off andnyou can clearly see the old paint under it. I was also charged labor to remove the bumper off the car and they never did that either. There's tape marks on the edges where they just masked off the rest of the car, and there's clear coat overspray on my headlight. The previous rock chips still show through in little tiny dimples where the surface is uneven. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of integrity of the paint department. And I am unable to bring the car back because I do not live in the area anymore. I feel genuinely scammed. Edit: I included the latest photos to show how horribly this disaster of a paint job aged to this day

I had an accident the beginning of 2025. I brought my car to Gerber. They did a wonderful job fixing my car. Later on that day I when got my car back, I noticed some stain spots on my trim on the steering wheel and the trim on the driver side door. I brought it back two days later and they said to me, how do we know you didn’t do this yourself? So in other words, the manager called me a liar. I finally got it taken care of after the manager finally gave in. I think like 2 to 3 months later, I brought my car back to them because like I said, they did a really great job on my car. I had left an old red jacket in the backseat of my car. It always stayed back there. It never went in the house. It always is in the back of my car. When I got my car back, I noticed a month later that my jacket was not in the car. Now I know they always say to never leave anything in the car, but if it had been stolen by just anybody, I would’ve been like OK oh well, I lost my jacket. But I know this was personal because of our previous interaction. Nobody ever rides in my car so I know that nobody else had taken it. Granted, I have no proof, but when I gave them my car, I requested that nobody clean the inside of the car. They told me that the only two people that would go in the car would be the rep and the manager. So another words, the manager is the one who took my jacket. Like I said, the jacket never leaves the car so they’ve called me a liar, and they got revenge on me and stole my jacket. I recommend that people do not go to this location. I have read in other reviews that they have done things to the inside of other people’s cars, and they didn’t take accountability for it. My first mistake is that I went back to them. Like I said, I really thought they did a good job on my car. But I did not think the manager was going to get revenge on me and steal my jacket. if you ask me, that is the utmost opposite of professionalism. I never thought the manager was going to be a thief.

Don’t let them know anything about you make sure your life is very very private. They had the nerve to tell me to my face. They know how much money I make I can pay whatever amount they give me. I would avoid this place at all cost. He said There is a reason why we dont mess with African-Americans anyways. There was no need for that

Had been rear ended and took the vehicle to a USAA recommended repair shop. Trunk was fixed but damaged/stained the interior. I’m active duty military and took leave with my family to the theme parks. To kill two birds one stone I took my car to get repaired since I brought my other vehicle for Disney and universal. My girlfriend and I dropped off the vehicle and asked if they need us for the inspection or anything else. They said no. They will do what they need to and provide updates 2xs a week. My girlfriend and I received a phone call that our vehicle is ready. I drove her over after a day at the park and picked up the vehicle 1 hour before close. We fill up for gas and pointed out to me that the vehicle is dirty. I looked and saw that she was right. At the gas station we called, they said to bring in the vehicle so they can take a look. On our last day of vacation I took more time out of our vacation and left our family at the park while I deal with this. Keep in mind my girlfriend doesn’t even allow me to chew gum in this car so no eating, no drinking, and also we have no kids. So now I’m explaining to the front desk what I have issues with in a respectful manner and here comes the repair guy instantly not us, not us. not us. Im not trying to be a Karen or a bother but those stains were not from us. No one sits in the back seat and the sonata is a get around vehicle while I’m at work. I’m trying to explain that I know this was not us and he refused to help with this error. I understand these guys are in the heat and work hard but unprofessional to own it and fix it. If you look in the pictures below you will see the stains and dust from the sanding in the shop. I’m very understanding that this can be difficult due to the nature of the beast but you have to have better precautions or cover up the entire car and not just my floor mats. Now I’m calling USAA to try to get this issue fixed. Once I told the repair guy I will call USAA to get this fixed then he came out to the car and said he will clean the back seats only. So 100% dissatisfaction in how they returned the vehicle without trying to fix the mishap. I will say for the actual collision part, the trunk isn’t bad. They pulled the dent out and repainted.

The reason why I gave one star is because I called to confirm certain things regarding my repairs for my car Nellie who picked up the phone was very dismissive and rude. Customer service is important. If I’m paying for my car to be repaired I as the customer have the right to call and ask questions regarding my vehicle. Everyone else has been very helpful and respectful towards me.
