Never again! I waited 4 hours for a tire. I was the third person in line to get my tire replaced. I was told that it wouldn't be more than an hour before I could be seen. No problem had some shopping to do anyway. I figured that I would be done within an hour and a half. Perfect timing right. Instead, 3 hours later my husband and I walk back to check on our car and it hasn't been in for repair. We asked the lady behind the counter (who was sweet as could be) if she knew about how much longer it might be and explained that we've been there for 3 hours waiting. She told us that she was told to tell everyone that it was going to be a 2-hour wait because they were backed up. I would like to know how when there were no other cars in the parking lot. My husband and I waited for another hour for our car to be done which we had no choice do to our flat tire. Needless to say I will never go back.

I had an appointment for 7am. The website said it was delayed up to 2 hours so I went online and they rescheduled me for 9am. At 9 I showed up for my appointment and my tire was still not there. Yoel told me there was nothing that could be done until the tire arrived. That same day the tire arrived so I call and asked for a manager and they put on the guy I spoke with that morning Yoel (not the manager) and he told me he would not honor the appointment and the earliest he could do was the following Monday. I told him that was unacceptable as I already had two appointments for that day and that it was not my fault the appointment was cancelled. I told him it was only 1 tire that needed to be installed and would only take 15 minutes and he laughed at me over the phone and told me that it wasn’t his fault either and there was nothing to be done. I went and picked up my tire (which was another headache where I finally got to meet the “manager” and Yoel, who thought the entire thing was STILL funny) and brought it to The Tire Choice, connected to the Walmart parking lot when you pull in. The service was AMAZING and the guy that took care of me only charged me for “fix a flat” instead of a tire installation and balancing. I HIGHLY recommend you take your business there instead of at Walmart.

I have been to this establishment twice now, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. On both occasions, they didn't even greet me, making me feel as if they weren't interested in attending to me. The service has been very indifferent, as if they didn't care about providing good customer service. I am very disappointed by the lack of kindness and professionalism, and I definitely expected much more cordial attention. I will not be returning.

I ordered 4 tires and prepaid online. It was hard to use the online scheduling tool, but I set installation for the first available slot (7am). I showed up at 6:55am, and I was the second car in line. There are absolutely no frills, and basically no communication from the team, but the four tires were installed in about 2 hours.

Absolutely horrible experience. Got there at my 10 am appt and waited over an hour in my car. The guy helping told me 5 minutes I’ll be back and didn’t come back for almost 40. It wasn’t until I spoke to the manage that anything got done. Nathan was great but man be prepared to deal with complete ignorance in this area from the employees. It truly felt like the employees just didn’t care (excluding Nathan). His service is the only reason this is 2 stars and not 1.

I got her at 3:10 pm for an 3:30 appointment, I stood waiting in line for 50 minutes as the attendant spoke with another person who didn't have an appointment and was not even seen. I would never come back again or recommend anyone at all

Honestly, I would not even give them any stars, but had to give 1. As a female, very upset how they tried to deceive me. We bought new tires and had free balance and rotation up to 60,000 miles. Hasn't even been 30,000 miles and oddly, since my last balance and rotation we have a TPMS issue (tire pressure management system). Went in to get that taken care of and a balance and rotation. The appointment was set up. Only needed one sensor for the tpms. As I was leaving, I noticed that they were going to charge me for the balance and rotation. Knew it should be free of charge since we purchased the tires there. Went back and was told I needed new tires and he didn't check before. Very upsetting and deceiving. Canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere. Tires are practically new. Do not go there!!

I paid for the Pennzoil high mileage synthetic oil and they put in Castro synthetic oil. It would have been nice to know up front instead of advertising one and getting a different one.

I see why they have low reviews. They wouldn't even do an oil change on my van, and said they couldn't do the tire sensors that several other walmart have said they would do if I bought them. Unless this walmart doesn't have the same equipment as all the others, than they are just incompetent.

Before booking a service at this location, I checked other people's reviews and was a little concerned, but not too much. In the end, I decided to place an online order for three tires along with the "professional" installation service, scheduling it for two weeks later. I paid for everything in the same order. The day before my scheduled installation, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled because I didn’t pick up the product. Obviously, I thought this had to be a mistake, if not a bad joke. Not only did I purchase the tires along with the installation service for a specific date, but who in their right mind would pick up three tires, take them home, and then bring them back two weeks later to the same place they were ordered from? I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I spent almost two hours trying to reach them until they closed, and still, no one picked up. Then, I chatted with an online representative, who, of course, told me to contact the store. I explained that was impossible since no one answers the phone and there’s no other way to reach them. This place is a total disaster. I place online orders because I have a busy schedule and need to plan everything at least two weeks in advance. Yet, these people still managed to waste my time and time is money. NOT RECOMMENDED.

No point in scheduling an appointment because they will take walk-ins before people with appointments. No one has any sense of urgency or customer service. They genuinely do not care to make people wait well past their appointment time even if you show up before. The general lack of respect for anyone's time is incredibly frustrating and clearly hasn't been and never will be addressed by management. If you're going to get any service here plan to have a ride home or be trapped in Walmart for an unknown amount of time.

The only reason I’m giving any stars is because of the price. Scheduling an appointment for an oil change here is completely pointless. Everyone—appointments and walk-ins—waits in the same line, which is first-come, first-served. There’s only one associate checking people in, and they casually ask if you have an appointment while you’re already stuck waiting. We had a 12:30 appointment and didn’t even get checked in until 1:00 (and that’s being generous). There’s no acknowledgment of the delay, no urgency, and definitely no courtesy. It’s honestly a frustrating experience.

I’m deeply pissed off with the auto care here these people could’ve told me that they didn’t have the oil for my oil change before taking my car they took my car made me wait 2 hours and then after waiting two hours, they give me a call to tell me that they canceled the service because they don’t have my kind of oil. I’m not gonna lie to you. I am deeply disturbed and I feel like my time was wasted, and I was disrespected in this auto care center. I do not plan on ever coming back to Walmart auto care ever again because of how mistreated I was I wasted three hours of my day off to come change my oil and I waited in that line for an hour extra align with other cars getting their oil changed and for them to tell me that they didn’t have my oil I’m sorry, but they could’ve told me that right off the bat right from the beginning so I didn’t waste my time zero stars if I could give this one, Horrible Horrible service

TERRIBLE. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, unless you want 0 updates on your vehicle and them holding it overnight without warning. They dont pick up their phones and are not professional in person. Pay a few extra bucks or find a different walmart to avoid going through what I went through.

If i could give -0 stars I would i can see why this location has a 3 star rating i show up 12 there's absolutely no cars on the bays or a long line and the associate forgot his name proceeds to tell me the tey cannot do anything for me because I don't have an appointment it's ridiculous to turn away a customer with cash money wanting 4 NEW TIRES anyway long story short my cousin irelis that works at a different Walmart location said go to lak Nona they will take you no matter what shout out to the lake Nona auto center great customer service and attention.

got there at 10:40am for a 11am appt. never came for auto service here before so parked the car in front of the auto area and went inside. spoke to the lady at the counter about how to check in for my appt. she tells me, go outside to the guy under the tarp. ok no problem. I stand there for 10-15min until he finishes with another person that was in front of me. in that time never said anything. right away grabs a tablet to go help someone else and I go 'hey man, we next'. even the lady said, yes they next, but his answer was so where is your car? I said is right there parked. ohh well the line is here and you have to be in the car for me to help you. I start looking around for a sign or something that says' line starts here, stay in your car' or something. There is none. So I go and said 'well man I dont see anywhere that says that well you have a mouth to ask and speak waitttt what really..... looked at him and goes you have an attitude go ask for the manager and he can deal with you. I go ok, no prob went back to the lady, explained everything and while doing so another employee comes over because he overheard the issue I had (name was jeff). He right away apologize to me about his cooworker attitude and offer to help. took all my info of the appt and took the keys right away. not even 10min. lady still ask me, you want the manager. I said yes I do since the guy outside said go talk to him, then yes I will. Nathan came over, explained the whole situation. he apologize and assure me he will keep an eye on my service and get it done as quick as possible. waited like 1.5 hours for 4 tires. only reason im giving a 3 star is because of jeff, nathan and lady cashier. With this review a picture of the rude employee. which by the way has a history of having issues with customers and the most recent one was a day before mine.

Ordered set of tires twice. First time the order got cancelled the day before the appointment due to the tires not having delivered despite the fact that I have proof from the shipper that they were delivered. They ended up refunding me for the tires. I placed another order and the same thing happened, my appointment got cancelled less than two hrs before it was time for it. I had taken time off of work for this. They said that once again the tires had not been delivered even though I had confirmation they were delivered earlier in the week. Also, trying to get a hold of them over the phone is next to impossible. This place is incompetent, take your business elsewhere.

Service completed: All 4 Tire installation with balance. The service team that checks you in, did a great job. Very friendly, professional, and made the process easy. My appointment was at 11 am but I was checked in around 11:20 am My car was serviced by Sterling, around 11:54 am and was finished around 1:25 pm. I was happy with the service 🙏🏼 If you don’t mind waiting for a couple of hrs, then I highly recommend
