Phenomenal service! From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. From the time I dropped my car off and when I picked it up I felt like it was so worth it. It was like getting a new car lol. Brittany was excellent to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable, made me comfortable about the whole repair process and provided frequent updates! Also appreciate that the manager (I think Shannon was her name?) was also very helpful and answered questions that I had about insurance vs out of pocket expenses. Sheila at the front desk was also very nice and friendly! Overall great experience and I recommend working with this team! Thanks again!

She continually called me and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle, she was very pleasant and professional. I’m still giving two stars because Desiree and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The body work did look good, however, I take great issue with how the manager of the shop spoke to me on two occasions and with the incomplete repairs.
Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that once the car hit 40mph it started vibrating. When I called the shop to discuss this and arrange for a follow up, I was told that they would need to work with my insurance first to establish who was paying for the rental car. The manager said, “I’m not saying this is what you’re doing but people tend to say there are issues after repair when there really aren’t.” When is the last time someone said “I’m not saying this is what you’re doing…” and didn’t actually insinuate that that is what you’re doing. It was a condescending tone that I didn’t appreciate. I told him I know my vehicle and I’m also not the only driver of the vehicle who noticed the difference.
After not receiving a call back I had to have my insurance contact them to get the ball rolling again. When I picked it up after the second check I was told they put it on the alignment machine and everything was fine. I don’t believe they actually got in the car to experience the issue I was having. I was told, again, “I’m not saying this is what you’re doing but sometimes after an accident people will be more aware of their cars and will notice things that have been happening all along.” Perhaps it’s because I’m not a man talking about my car but I wasn’t believed and was told there was nothing more they could do.
After taking my car to my dealership for a second opinion, they confirmed I still had a bent rim, damaged wheel bearing, and slipped belts - $3600 worth of damage still remained on my vehicle. I wouldn’t trust this location to repair anything beyond visible body modifications and even with that, I do not appreciate the way I was talked to.

I came in to get some work done on my car, but I also wanted to talk to the manager about building a professional relationship. I never even got to tell him I needed work done on my car, he was a little offensive and then just walked away from me. I have to assume he was having a terrible no good very bad day, because why else would he treat someone like they were a piece of garbage. either way it was a turn off and obviously I was in the wrong for trying to go to a chain, I should have gone to a local owned shop. I know better now. what a sad small man.

Took my vehicle 2021 Honda Pilot in for small bumper repair (lower bumper cover) on April 2023. Part was apparently on back order so they put the old piece on again. Collects the money from my insurance company. I had to continuously call after the 3 month “back ordered part” was suppose to be in and every time my called was ignored and not returned. Called back 1/2024 to find out my part just arrived that same day. Imagine my surprise. I would never use this company again or suggest to anyone. What a mess for a small job.
