I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your team, I have not received any response regarding the status of my vehicle. The lack of communication and the extended time it has taken to address my concerns are unacceptable.
I trusted your company to handle my vehicle with care and professionalism, but the unresponsiveness has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I urge you to address this issue immediately and provide a clear update on the progress of the repairs.

I was hit in a parking lot and took my car to Gerber for a quote. Zach was very efficient and friendly and had me on my way in no time. I later dropped the car off for the needed repair and Gerber even arranged for me to get a rental car. Two days later I dropped off the rental, which they took care of returning for me. The car looks great, the color match is superb! Thanks to everyone at Gerber for taking such good care of my car. Special thanks to Patty for handling the rental and all the financials. I highly recommend them!

Brought my car here in February, for them to tell me that the replacement parts for my car were on back order and I never heard back from them until I called them almost 2 months later. They fixed the damage to my car, however they took some of my personal items that I had sitting in the center console. I brought my car here to have body work done to it, not for it to get detailed. Leaving things that I expected to be there when I got my car a few days later. I understand that it was a few little things, but it is about the morality and principle of not taking things that do not belong to you. I brought this to the attention of the office workers, and they totally dismissed my concerns, and pointed to the signs posted stating that they weren’t responsible. Extremely dissatisfied and I will never bring business here ever again.

Do not take your vehicle here. Especially if it has been in an accident. We had a horrible experience with multiple people on the team and our vehicle now has other issues related to the repairs here.

One of the worst places ever they painted over rust and not the paint is bubbling and the manager there Scott Decker refuses to fix the paint customer service suck waste of money. Do not take any vehicle there.

Horrible! They lied to us about our car being finished and left my bumper hanging, they hoped we wouldn’t notice so they could brush it under the rug. When we brought my car back and asked them about it they tried to lie and say “the part wasn’t in we were going to tell you when it comes in.” However nothing was mentioned when we picked it up, we had to come back and ask them about it.. We’ve been waiting for a year “for the part to come in”.

Initially gave them 5 starts for doing repair work on my Honda. When I picked it up it looked great. I of course inspected it further in my garage with good lighting and noticed one side of my bumper was hanging lower than the other. I drove back the next day and pointed this out. They passed me off though 4 different people. Finally the repair person o believed slipped up and admitted he noticed it as well. I say sloped bc I believe they were trying to make a story up to convince my it was okay, so I would leave. Then then have the front desk person explain to me it was missing a bracket that was on back order. I asked why wasn’t I told this when I picked it up and he said I was and I said no I was not otherwise I would have scheduled a comeback date to have it installed. He then tried to back pedal. His explanation made no sense but I went with it. They told me it was on national back order and would be 1-3 month which is fine to me. It’s about to be 12 months and every time I call they say it hasn’t come yet….
