I smoked a deer with my VW Atlas this fall and our insurance had it sent over to the Car Center in Holland. These guys did a great job! Unfortunately, my car was there longer than expected (back order on parts), but they kept me informed of all the delays and changes in competition date. I have a Volvo XC90, that had significant damage. Car Center called me right away to schedule my car for repairs after I filed my claim. They estimated approximately two weeks and we got it back in two weeks and two days. Alex was always super helpful and respectful throughout, I appreciated the text updates with the progress on my vehicle. There was some dust in my vehicle after the job was completed but Alex didn’t hesitate to make it right for us, which I appreciated. The customer service was top notch. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them again if I ever need additional body work. I added a pic of some of the damage before but it started at the drivers door, and they took care of all of it.
