My wife and I are new to the area and I wanted our heating system, including the humidifier and filter system, checked out. This was my first time using Redmon The sticker on the duct stated Redmon installed the furnace a couple years ago and serviced the previous system. The person who answered the phone was very professional and worked around my schedule to set the appointment. The technician arrived precisely to schedule. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to pick his brain. I just received the bill and feel the price to be very reasonable. What more can I say. I feel we have found the HVAC company who will be doing our future work!
