I really did want to leave this review because I truly believe if you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all, but since I receive a text message 3 times a day; I will appease. My car was picked up by a tow truck. 9 days later I had to contact the shop myself to find out what was happening with my vehicle. In fact, every time I communicated with them I had to contact them. Their paint shop was down for about a week adding extra time to my repair. They repaired damage not from the current claim so I had to wait for them to argue with the insurance company to see who was at fault. Abra blamed me (low key) and I had to prove I did not give verbal authorization. Kurt was the only good thing about Abra. I will never return to this shop or recommend them to anyone. 7/8 weeks it took them complete my repairs. Minus another star for the over abundance of text and emails asking to review your horrible service.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago
