Stopped in on 7/18/18 for a top off on my oil as I was low. I knew that I was due for an oil change, but was on my way out of town and really didn't have time. The guys guaranteed me that they could have me out in 5 min. even with an oil change. I said "ok". Well, they did it!!! I was out in the 5 min and they did a complete oil change. Thank you so much for the great quick service!!!!

The attendants were very helpful and kind. The oil change itself was fast enough, I was able to enjoy the rest of my day in no time. Only reason for 4 stars is how much I paid. Even with using a $20 rewards discount, it was still up there in price. I guess keeping my vehicle in tip top shape is not cheap.

I haven’t been here for an oil change, but my battery died in the parking lot of the smile center next door and Gwinn came with her personal car and found some cables laying around in the shop and gave me a jump! My family couldn’t have made it home with out her, if this is any indication of how they treat their customers I wouldn’t be able to rate it high enough!

Prices are too high. Especially if you get any extras. $26 for wipers but then they say they'll take $10 off. Then they charge $22 for labor charge. There are cheaper places to go for oil changes. Update: Noticed some oil in my garage so when I checked the oil, there was no on the dipstick. After looking into it more I found out the oil filter was almost off. Who knows how long we've been driving our car like that. It's been 2000 miles since the oil change. It was about 3 quarts low! Thank God my engine is still running. I'll never go back there again.

Great service here. I brought my car in for an oil change. Rather than just going ahead and doing the work, the mechanic (Ben) checked it first and gave me an honest recommendation that even with driving cross-country, he would wait at least another 3,000 miles before changing it as it was still quite clean. He checked the differential fluid as well all at no charge.

Stopped in earlier Ben was very honest when he let us know our oil level was good. We opted for the change anyway because our vehicle was running kinda off. He wasn't in it for the money, he was in it for the service. Is an oil change cheaper elsewhere? Most likely, but the quality of service was PRICELESS. A diamond in the rough in the business. Very friendly, comfortable interaction. Drove away honestly happier with the level of service. Amazing! Ben, i mean every word, keep it up. And other dude under the vehicle, sorry for forgetting to check for ya before resetting my oil!!!! 😂

I’ve been here a few times, it’s always been great, but today I went in and had Quinn do the full service oil change for my car and I will always be back to hopefully receive service from her again and again. Eloisa is such a skilled and knowledgeable employee, she's got a bit of spunk but it adds to her charm. She was able to talk me through every option I had and carefully explained things to me. Great place to go to get your car fixed. They do alot more than change oil, which I didn't know until June of 2015. Cheaper than alot of the auto repair shops around here. Check them out. They'll give you a good deal!!

Took my sons car for an oil change, because it was due. My first red flag should’ve been that the person actually doing the oil change kept asking for help. But as I go to leave the guy doing the change says it looks like you may have an oil leak. Mind you, I’ve had this car for over a year and never had an oil leak until after leaving this place. I pay and go on my way not thinking much because I didn’t come in with an oil leak. Well after leaving this place I for sure had an oil leak. Fast forward I take it to get looked at somewhere else, and they tell me the oil filter was loose which had to have happened at my last oil change. Fast forward a couple months, I mention this to a friend and they proceed to tell me they had the same issues after coming to this location. Interesting? Coincidence? Needless to say it warrants a review to warn others. Maybe you’ve come here and left with a surprise oil leak. Not sure if it’s on purpose or horrible mechanics that can’t do a simple oil change. Either way, we won’t be coming back.

Messed up my daughter's engine when they did a radiator flush and would not even be willing to have us come back after going to another Performance Plus to have it checked out. When I called to tell them that we were bringing the vehicle back in for them to figure out the issue they told us they were getting ready to close and it would be in the best interest to wait 2 days to come back in to deal with management.. if I could have rated this store lower I would have and will not be returning to it
