My wife brought her truck in for an oil change, which made her second visit (I’ve been there once). She mentioned that they didn’t check any of the fluid levels or any of the automotive bulbs. Also found it rather odd that they asked to be paid before the service was complete. I received a discount coupon in my email That she didn’t have with her, When she asked if they could still honor it They said no, (she had to have it with her) in a very unaccommodating manner. We have been looking for an oil change place where we can bring all of our vehicles on a regular basis, Receive a good consistent level of service, and feel that our business is appreciated. At this point, I don’t see anything That would make me want to come back.

The techs were friendly and knowledgeable, this is the second time I’ve come here for service. Little did I know the first time of service I received here the techs missed somethings. Didn’t replace my air filter when it was brought it.

I had a good experience with Take 5. My only recommendation would be a better way to manage the line-up while waiting for a bay to open. With 3 bays, someone first in line can’t tell which bay opens first and could end up third in line by picking the wrong door to line up with.

Both of the gentleman there were polite and professional. They answered any questions I had. My car uses a more unusual oil filter and they had the filter and knew how to change it. Much more convenient then trying schedule an oil change a ways ahead and spending an hour plus at the dealership.

Went in to get a oil change and was told that if I purchased the $114 special, I would get a free air filter. Well that was a lie. They got me this time for. $162 minute $25 she called a coupon, and didn't check my tires, windshield or anything up and above the oil change and new air filter, which again was supposed to be free. I did let them know how unhappy I was and that I definitely will not be returning. I'm all done with TAKE 5. A complete rip off and untruthful place to do business. Will never refer to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to Take 5 and I must say I had a good experience. Was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water. Elizabeth talked with me thru my options and gave me price comparisons. Didn't feel pressured into getting anything I didn't need or want. Also gave me a $25 coupon to help cover the cost of the oil change. Took about 10-15 minutes and I was in and out. I will be going back again.

I went in because I thought it may be time for an oil change and was told I did not need one yet, then they checked my fluids topped the ones that needed it off and aired my tires to spec. I will be back in a couple thousand miles.

Very disappointed in my experience here. I took my car to get a oil change at my mechanic after I had previously had an oil change at Take 5. The staff couldn't unscrew the oil cap because it had been tightened by a tool and not by hand. They were unable to get it off and had to replace parts completely. I called Take 5 to ask if they would help cover the cost of the labor and parts, as their staff had screwed it on so tight that it couldn't be removed. Take 5 denied that their staff had damaged the oil cap and said they never use a tool to tighten the cap. However, there were scratches near the oil cap that my mechanic saw. I eventually called Take 5's corporate line because the local store wasn't helping me, and they said the local manager would have to help and would get back to me in 3-5 days. I never received a call. Really frustrating experience overall.

I get this place zero! My skid plate was not refastened on Sunday and Monday while going to work the skid plate fell down halfway and I had no clue what it was but I will say I deserve pain and suffering for how traumatic that was, then as I pull it in thy blame my vehicle and said “rust” and insisted to throw it in the dumpster . My car is only 4 years old NOT A DROP OF RUST . Yet. So basically they took off the ruined skid plate and told me to go buy a new one. Be VERY CAREFUL

The only place I like to get my oil changed. They’re quick and hit everything they need to do. They not only change the oil quick but fill your tires with air and top off fluids. My favorite thing is that when you say no thank you to an add-on, they don’t keep trying to get you to do it or forcing you to get something else. They’re very polite and professional. Will definitely be getting the oil for other vehicles changed here as well. I highly recommend this place. Prices are also slightly cheaper than others.

Just had my oil changed for the first time there today. Definitely recommend. The manager was knowledgeable, communicative, and pleasant. I’ve never been in and out of an oil change so quickly with confidence. I also had my cabin filter replaced and new wiper blades put on. Fair pricing as well. Definitely will be returning for future needs.
