I always go to this location for years but I wouldn't wish the experience I had today on anyone! First I go and they ask me what brought you here? I responded, I need an oil change! The man told me great, it's hot! When you accepted that job I think you knew that you were going to work in hot temperatures, if you don't want to work, don't go and that's it! But it doesn't end there, then I left and the bottom panel of my car fell apart, they didn't put it in properly! I called them and the guy came, apologized, helped me, came back and they fixed it! Then I drove for a few hours and came back and the panel went down again . Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix it! I hope they are professional and at least they apologize and learn to do their job well in hot or cold temperatures if not yall can go to work at McDonald's or sell ice cream oh something if yall can't do the job how it should !✅

Really nice kids/young adults. Let me know I had still 2k before oil change. Topped my vehicle off, no charge. Defiantly will be coming back to this place. Real professional. Good job guys. Not many places left like this one.

Great service from Cody and Lorena! They changed my oil quickly, helped me reset my oil light and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Topped off my wiper fluid as well. Told me all my options for oil, not just the most expensive one and did a great job. In and out in 10 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of the car.

Been using this location for 8+ years. They've serviced 6 of my vehicles and are always polite, professional, trustworthy, and they never pressure you to buy anything extra. One time they changed the headlight on my CTS-V which is more complicated than your typical car and didn't charge extra or complain. I bought them all pizza that day. Thanks guys!

I've gone to this place for 5+ years, only place I do my oil changes. The employees were always friendly and seemed to do a good job until my last visit. They pull off my skid plate or perhaps its call an engine guard but whatever they handed me was the size of a small desk and they said the previous people tightened it too much and they couldn't get it back on. I explained they were the only people who have changed my oil and it must have been the previous employee. They told me they would have their district manager call me to figure out a solution. I gave them my phone number, email, and name. You would think someone who has had 20+ oil changes in 5 years between 2 cars would get a call back. Nothing at all. So now I've got this plastic plate in my back seat and I have to figure out who can reattach it properly for me.

The guys there are top-notch in my book. Asked if they would be willing to do something simple for me, and the manager said yes, but he seemed upset with me from that point forward. After he got upset with me, one of the mechanics was evidently directed to work with me?? Only saw the manager a couple of times after that, and he ignored me and would not make eye contact?? I had bought bagels for the crew because they were helping me out with something special on my vehicle, which the manager said he would do?? Paid roughly $250 for that service today? Work done well, managers attitude was why the low rating. Enough said!!

Our truck computer was saying we needed an oil change. We stopped into the Holland Michigan store. Jason checked our oil and advised the last change was with 6000 mile oil and everything looked great. He gave us a new sticker for 3000 miles. We appreciate his honesty. He could have sold us an $89 high mileage change and we wouldn’t have know . This is a new to us truck so we weren’t sure of the exact information on the last oil change. Thank you Jason.

Have been going to this performance plus for routine oil changes for a couple of years, yesterday was the first time I had any issues. ***this has nothing to do with the service, I am hoping the technicians here were trying their best under the circumstances.*** When I arrived I was informed that my oil filter was overtightened and that there was metal in my oil filter housing due to my [licensed and certified] mechanic stripping out the threads in my oil filter spindle during the last oil change. This just wasn't true, though. I had two options to leave the quick oil change bay... I could either 1) sign a waiver and let the workers get the filter on by force and hope it worked Or 2) be pushed out of the bay in neutral and get towed. I picked the first option and drove to work and a certified mechanic hoping my car wouldn't lose all of the oil during my commute. It was advised that I don't return back to my previous mechanic. I wonder if that was because they didn't want him to tell me about what the true issue was or if it was because the technicians truly didn't understand what the problem was. The certified mechanic from a different shop put a new filter in and everything went back together smooth as butter. He showed me the filter that he took out of my car from performance plus: it was bent to crap. The other issue is that it had a brand but no traceable country of origin on it that we could find. The place uses very poor quality oil filters worth less than one dollar. Won't be returning due to the quality of the materials used and possible dishonesty.

He and Cody had my oil change completed very quickly. Cody also replaced my windshield wipers, checked all my lights and added air to my tires.
