We had our ( bonus )daughters tire ( a new one.) replaced , we thought she needed 2. we also asked to have the back 2 checked. he told us they were fine. no need for new back tires . They called us a half hour later and said that she only needed one new tire in the front, we were extremely happy with the honesty and the efficiency ! great place to go highly respected by us. I recently visited Belle Tire to get a simple alignment done on my car, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I brought my car in, I was immediately pressured to buy new tires—even though I clearly stated that I only wanted an alignment. I understand upselling is part of the business, but once I declined, I expected them to move forward with the service I actually requested. What really upset me was that after my car’s alignment was completed (I could see it was finished—I was watching through the window), they left it sitting there for no reason. I ended up waiting around for another 30 minutes, with no explanation or update from the staff. It felt like they were just wasting my time. Overall, the lack of communication and the pushy sales approach left a bad impression. I went in for a quick service and ended up feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected or appreciated.

I just bought special order these staggered wheels and tires from Brandon at the Belle Tire in Holland, Michigan and cannot say enough about the entire experience. Brandon extremely helpful during the selection and ordering process including doing significant on-line research regarding what would best fit the car. Furthermore, the entire Belle Team was amazing. Having ran my own business for over 30 years, I'm intimate with what it takes to build a positive corporate culture and cannot say enough positive about Belle's. While waiting for my wheels to be put on and front end aligned, a geriatric gentleman came into the store who was struggling with walking, several Belle Team Members went out into the parking lot to help him into the store, brought out the manager's office chair for him to sit in and brought him ice cold water to drink on the 92+ degree day. One of the team members turned to me as I prepared to leave and commented "man, I love my job", other experiences at other Belle Tire stores have demonstrated a similar passion and commitment to excellence. A sincere thanks to you all, rest assured I will be back with my next project!

Went for new valve stems. Replace valve stems, balance, put wheels back on vehicle. I paid, drove out of the parking lot... I hear several loud knocking noises. Belle Tire removed my 3/8" hub-centric wheel spacer that was keeping my front wheel off the tie rods. The tie rods had broken off the wheel weights I just paid for. I turned back around, and they refused to put anything back on. "We don't work on vehicles with wheel spacers". Then why did you do the entire job and then take them off? I had to drive home, while my tie rods damaged my wheels (see picture). Do not go here. 5/22/2024

My wife bought 4 tires and PAID for an alignment. When she got home, I found the steering wheel was crooked. I called, and was assurred I could bring it back for a quick adjustment. I asked to make an appointment, but was denied. When I brought the car in later that week, the desk crew acted like I was problem for them and they'd have to pull someone off another job. Then scheduled the car for an hour. 40 minutes later, the car is still outside. Other cars have come in and out. Mine is still sitting. An hour later it is still not done. Do the job right the first time, dont lie when you're called to make something right, and take care of it in a timely manner. Just be honest. Its not that difficult. It took them an hour and a half to fix this. Sad. Thanks in advance for the canned response from the "owner." As an actual real person sitting here as a customer, I would recommend you skip this place. Note: I was refunded the cost of the alignment after reporting the incident through the website link. Thank you for providing it.

They let me sit for 90 minutes because they forgot. Then said they couldn’t repair the tire and it would have to be replaced. Took it to another tire shop who patched the tire in 30 min. I will not be using Belle Tire in the future.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate what they did for me. I would recommend them over and over again as far as customer service and the job they did. Rick the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I got what was needed, made it affordable and easy to deal with. If you need great work done with great people to do it, I suggest coming to the Holland Belle Tire!!!

Don’t bother booking an appoint online as their website offers because you’ll just get here and they will tell you “it doesn’t matter”! I booked for a check on my brakes. I know something is wrong with them and simply needed them inspected and possibly fixed. Once I get here the man just was so discouraging and then preceded to tell me he only has one mechanic and I need to drop it off. I could have waited, I just don’t go why I can book an appointment and show up to this crap.! Get some better customer service and accept technology or DO NOT USE IT.! Wasting people’s time is just unethical!

I'm very disappointed with my service today. I came in for an oil change which took about an hour and a half. But the worst part of it was, when my car was done, they parked my car at the very end of their parking lot. Atleast 50 yards from the door, and the weather is horrible, cold and rainy. So what kind of person would park across the parking lot when there are plenty of open spots near the door. I did see other people pick up their car close to the door, but my car was all the way across the lot, so I had to walk in this bad weather to my car. Maybe I'm the wrong shade for them. Just ridiculous service.

My dad picked up a nail on our way from Holland to Muskegon. We saw Belle Tire & stopped. My dad (80) went in & they said they'd get in. Jason said they were a guy short but they'd get to it as fast as they could. We ate our Panda Express inside. Jason was humming to the music & I loved it. Then he came to us & said it was ready & it was free. It only took 20-25 mins. Dad was astounded. Such good service front & back. We (and everyone else we talk to) will never go to any place but Belle Tire. Thank you.

It took 3 and a half hours to get new tires and an oil change. After they put the tires on my vehicle sat in a bay for an hour and a half with no one doing anything. When I went to ask how much longer the clerk went back and asked and when he came back he told me that they still needed to do the oil change and check the alignment. When they put my vehicle on the machine for an alignment the clerk came and told me that it needed an alignment but I know that it does not. In my opinion they wanted to charge me an alignment so I would come back to get it fixed and pay more money. Ive never had this much of an issue with any other belle tire location. This location by far seems like they do not care about customers and they make customers wait when there vehicle is already in to service customers that walk in and need something. It seems like they would rather inconvenience customers that are waiting. I will not be going back to this location.

I recently experienced disappointment with service at Belle Tire in Holland. My vehicle required tire repair due to a leak. My husband arrived at 4:26 PM, a mere 34 mins prior closing time. Despite the presence of 4 staff members just standing there, juts chatting. None were willing accommodate the repair citing, the impending closure. Given the time needed 10-15 mins. Which would have allowed me to have my car ready for Monday morning, I really needed it. I was dismayed by the lack of understanding, inflexibility and lack of care by the staff. Unfortunately the service and the staff felt short of expectations “ doing their job” . I called and Dave answered and told me how busy they were! lol HORRID service.

This was my first visit to this shop and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I didn't have an appointment, called the shop, spoke with Jason regarding my flat tire and he said just come in when you can and we'll get you worked in quickly. They had my tire repaired in less than an hour after arriving and didn't charge me for the repair which was a completely unexpected and great surprise. Just found my new shop!
