So I'll let the people be the judge of this one... If State Farm sends you business, it gaureenteed money right or wrong? Well, I was referred to this place by State Farm. I spoke to a guy named Courtney over the phone. Told him my situation he was like, "yea come on in for an estimate it would take like 5 minutes." When I get there, a guy named Robb comes to the desk. I mentioned just getting off the phone and proceeded to explain my situation again. Rob says, "Well, we won't have an opening until like the end of July." I don't think he knows that Courtney already told me to come in. So my thing is, was it my complexion that had Robb turn me away? I would say so regardless of how many jobs he said he may have or that it's a garage. Who turns down gaureenteed money (State Farm) coming from a job? In my opinion, people who turn down gaureenteed money either get down on people with their prices or he didn't want to have the vehicle of someone with my complexion in his garage. Yes, I'm what some call black, and what shapes my opinion Is Courtney tell me yea come in it would take 5 minutes and the gaureenteed pay. If the schedule was full up until July, wouldn't Courtney have mentioned this before having me drive there. Eh, maybe I might be reaching a little far and just give the excuse of poor garage communication. I'll give the 3 stars to the location and how the property looks.

County Auto Body has fixed my car more times than I'd like to admit. They've always been fast, reasonably priced, and good quality. They update me with the progress of my car often, and my car somehow has less rattles and squeaks than when I gave it to them. Robb seems like a nice genuine guy.

This was my first visit to Country Body Shop and I would give them 10 stars if I was allowed to! The quality of the work is superb, the customer experience was fantastic, the pricing was very reasonable, and Robb kept me informed all the way through the process. They'll be my one go-to body shop in the future and definitely recommending to my family & friends. I have zero bad things to say about them! Just in case you were wondering - I wanted to have some trim work done on my grandfather's Buick sedan.
