Couldn't get the rotors to fix my car right, car was blocked in the stall and had to wait for a another car to finish before they would give my car back, this is 20 minutes after I called and said I was coming to get my car. I'm guessing most of these 5 star reviews are fake and done by friends.

Honest, trustworthy and they took care of us when we needed it right away! Marty and Ross got us back on the road again, when we were just passing through Holland on a trip to Florida. A wheel bearing went out on the vehicle and they got us right in and took care of us, getting us on our way in just a few hours.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first Jeep recently and we have been fixing it up. I came across Ross on Facebook, he was selling alot of Jeep parts. I contacted him about a TJ soft top and asked him if it would fit on our hardware. He said "yes it would". My boyfriend and I ended up picking it up and bringing it home. While we tried to put it together we realized the top would not fit. After a few minutes of messing with the top we contacted Ross and asked him why it wouldnt fit. He mentioned that the top we had didnt fit on OEM parts. Which he had NOT mentioned when we met prior. The hardware needed is well over 400 dollars. So we asked for our money back, he says he doesnt take returns. And blocks my boyfriend on Facebook. I'm putting this review out there so people know about his shady business practices, it goes along way if you are honest and transparent with your customers.

I've been taking my vehicles to Marty for years. I always know that he will take care of me and my vehicle. You can trust in him and his service to be honest and complete. There is not another mechanic that I would trust more than Marty at Quality Brake and Auto. When you're there you're treated like family. I recommend him to EVERYONE I know, because I know that he will do right by them as well.

Noticed my car was making some noise and didn't drive right. Called my husband, (he normally fixes our vehicles but was out of town) and he told me to go see Marty. Called, made an appointment, and he diagnosed my car promptly. When I came to pick up my car they were very friendly. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I appreciate the way I was treated and felt very good about using them. Would recommend them.

Updating response for owners response to my review: My husband brought in my Grand Caravan. Had exact same experience as the other one star review, D Behan. They were "convinced" it was one thing that was a few hundred bucks. Then it was something else that was a few hundred bucks. Neither of those repairs actually repaired my van. Then he offered a third, few hundred dollar repair. We took it elsewhere and it was fixed immediately and for half of the first fee this place charged us.

Man I was working on my truck and I had snapped my lug nut in half because of how cranked down the lug nuts were. I stopped at 2 other shops. They couldn't. I stopped here and man he got them for me. He knew exactly what he was doin. I will definitely be coming back for future service!!! Thanks again!

My husband and I had traveled from South Dakot to see family and we had to get our brakes worked on when we arrived. The staff at Quality Brake and Auto were wonderful! The work they did was even better!!! They gave us an accurate estimate of cost and were able to get the work done by the end of the day. We highly recommend them!

I was happy they were able to get my son's vehicle in the same day. However was disappointed with the service. I initially told them the brakes were loose and maybe it's the cylinder. The lady that worked there was rude. I am assuming she's the owners daughter. Her dad was nice and said sorry "my daughter is having a bad day". Service was paid but my son's brakes are still loose. The owner said drive it for a little bit and tell me how it feels. Felt no changes on the vehicle from the moment we brought it in to the time we picked it up. Brakes were still the same. I will be taking it to our regular mechanic. And wait for a couple weeks out if we have to. 5/20/2025 This is in response to the comment you guys left behind. I don't see why it would matter whether the vehicle is 21 yrs old or not. If a mechanic knows his job he would know if fixing the car would do the job or better to toss to junk yard. Yes I brought the vehicle to you guys and told you that the last mechanic that work on it initially said it could be the master cylinder. 10 days after bringing the car to your shop I had to get my son's car towed. I requested the shop to fix whatever needed to be fixed. They had the vehicle for a couple of days because they had to order parts. "When you originally dropped your Honda off, you were hoping it would be finished and ready for pickup by end of day. So did we". This is incorrect there was no time rushed into the car. That day u guys were able to get my son's car in right away I had asked that if it wasn't gonna get done the same day. If it would be ok if my son can take his car to work and we can drop it off next day. You guys were the one that said it would be done closer to the end of the day or early morning. This was just inspection no work done yet. I'm not a shop idk anything about cars I just hoped when I take it to the shop they would do the work and get it done. The next day your sister called me to tell me the vehicle is ready for pick up. Please look at the receipt no where in there does it say anything about master cylinder fixed. When she called me she gave me a total over $200 what she initially quoted me for. And that's when the disagreement took place. Customers don't like to be surprised. At least if it's gonna be more than what was expected you would want to know ahead of time. When you get a phone call to tell you the vehicle is ready for pick up. As a customer you automatically assume everything is good to go. When I asked was it the master cylinder your response was that we didn't get to look at it yet. We just fixed what we needed to fix. Fast forward I had to take to another shop. They bleed out the brake as well. Half way down inspection he gave me a quote and found that it was indeed a master cylinder and gave me the price asked if we're ok and if we wanted to proceed. If you guys had confirm like this shop did that it was indeed a master cylinder and gave me a price to fix then I would have gotten it done. Of course I'm not gonna continue service when you get a phone call and they tell you it's ready for pick up. Automatically I'm thinking my sons car is good to go. And then you drive it out the shop it still feels the same as how you brought it. I am the most reasonable person to work with. Maybe it's lack of communication with your sister. Whatever the case was who would not be disappointed having to pay double the cost of the repair had it gotten done right the first time.
