Jacquin, Jose and Jordan were super helpful today. Got my car from dead to started with just their knowledge and suggestions, didn’t even buy anything! I was about to purchase a started and they told me what to try first. They saved me money and earned a customer for life. I came back and bought all my other needed parts and I as going to by them a pizza for their help and they were gone. John helped me and he was amazing too!! Thanks team!

Awesome service! We brought my daughters first car in after having battery issues, it was found to be under warranty and they took care of it no problem! Full swap and everything! I did not the catch the name of the guys who was working, 3/14 @ 8:30 pm. He was great!

Ordered a part, took a week to come in and once I went to pick it up they had the wrong part ordered. Then they said I could re order the part and I had to wait a few more days again went back a 3rd time and they told me they didn't have it. I was told I was being hostile for trying to explain to them they already messed up the order once. So very bad customer support horrible atmosphere when trying to obtain parts needed to fix your vehichle. I got told I'm hostile for saying nothing. It must of been the trump hat that pissed in there cheerios.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Dropped my batter off to be charged with the woman who opened up the store and when I came to pick it up she didn’t know where my batter was. I asked where the replacement terminals were and she said she didn’t know. I asked if she could look it up and she said somewhere over there….. After waiting 15 minutes for my battery another employee with purple hair found it for her and asked her if she tested it before charging it, she said no. The other employee informed her it was at zero percent and asked her if she charged it. She said she didn’t know. Then she shook her head like she didn’t care. I let her know I’m going to be out of a car, I ran down on my lunch break to make sure this got charged, she told me she doesn’t care. I speak to the manager “It happens sometimes.” Was his response. I asked him not charging the battery or you employees not caring? He told me He didn’t care and I can come back tomorrow and talk to the store manager but he won’t care either. I told him I need my battery charged and he said o’ well, I don’t care. Then proceeded to play his necklaces instead of addressing any of my concerns. This all happened on 12/4/24 morning time was 8:45-9. Pickup was at 1:35-2:00 pm

Worst autozone ever. The dude sold me the entire wrong part, stating it was what I needed even when I said I didn’t think it was right and then they refused to return it because I didn’t use a rewards account. 30$ out for me is very sucky, I’d avoid this store.

The gentleman who helped me has amazing customer service. Walked him and he asked me what I needed, found the wiper blade for me, then offered to put the wiper blade on in the rain (but first asked if I wanted to do it, which I appreciated the offer in case I like doing car stuff. I do NOT but the offer was nice), and he installed it for me. Both employees were friendly and laughing together. It was a delightful experience and took less that five minutes. 10/10 experience and will come here again!
