First things first. The only 5 star review is the dealer that sold the truck to me. That shows their dishonesty. Superior Automotive sold me a truck and the check engine light came on a mile down the road and they were not willing to fix it. That's not even close to the worst part. About 2 years later I take it to a major dealership to possibly trade it in and they inform me it has a salvage title. I was issued a clean title for the truck and no where on the car history report they provided showed a total loss. Turns that the title was washed and sold to me without this information being disclosed. Update: Would love to hear a response from Not Even Close To Superior Automotive. They seem to respond to all the other bad reviews. Would especially love to hear from James Verwys. The dealer that sold the vehicle to me. Did you really buy a car from your own dealership or just drove it for free until it broke and sold it claiming it was in excellent condition? Also would like to add your responses are making the business look worse than what it already is.

I'm not quite sure how people gave 1 star. They obviously haven't bought many used vehicles. I will say I have bought numerous used vehicles from a bunch of different dealerships. Superior Automotive by far has exceeded my past buying experiences. Very thorough dealership that sells high quality used vehicles. My wife and I bought a 2011 Toyota Sequoia a few months ago from them. The day after we bought the vehicle I drove it to Florida and back without a hiccup. I will most definitely purchase another vehicle from them again.

Aside from just coming off a production line, I don't think we would have found a cleaner, better maintained 4runner. Bought two vehicles from here so far. Have another kid who's gonna be driving soon and I love that I don't have to worry about finding a place that I can trust! The sales team of Ron and Mike are honest, transparent and very laid back. No pressure sales. The service department follows suit. Javier knows his stuff. It's refreshing to not have a mechanic try to pressure me into costly repairs that are not urgent or necessary. Honesty, transparency and the personal care you won't get with the bigger dealerships.

So I have bought 5 vehicles over the years from this dealership. I’ve always had a great experience and I’ve had good cars and that’s why I keep going back and that’s why I have always promoted them to friends and family and even strangers looking for vehicles. But most recently I bought a vehicle from them 3 Months ago and come to find out that it needs a new engine!! $10k!!! Of course, since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty, Ron Refuses to do anything for me and WON’T stand behind his vehicles. So I’m stuck paying $350 a month for a vehicle that Shouldn’t be driven because it needs a new engine. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, and make sure that you have every vehicle that you purchase from Ron inspected by a qualified mechanic BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. SOLD AS IS to Ron means: “it’s your problem now.” Or better yet, don’t buy from Ron. Very shady and zero customer care or service after the sale. I do want to interject that my experiences with Mike have been amazing and I would definitely buy from him again in the future.

Ron was pleasant and had provided good customer service. The only reason it’s a 3 star rating is because within 6 days of purchasing the vehicle, the hybrid battery needed to be replaced. We contacted Ron and notified him and he said there is nothing he could do. While I disagree with his response, I learned a valuable lesson…. Complete a secondary inspection on vehicles even if it is coming from a dealer.
