Rachel the manager and her crew of mechanics are true pros. I was working in Holland for the weekend and my alternator went out. I can not do my job without my vehicle so the repair was critical. Tuffy was the only repair shop open. They installed a new alternator in less than two hours and I was back on the road. Rachel also makes a great cup of coffee.

I came in on May 1st for an oil change and all hell broke loose. They over filled my oil by a quart , they didn't top off any other fluids. My transmission fluid was low (which we talked about when I made the appointment)I go to drive off and while driving home my hood flew up and almost took out my windshield.. The tow truck driver was worthless and no help. The neighbors helped shut the hood but noticed two of my brackets were mangled so I drove back to Tuffy and they tried hard to blame it on my truck being old.. But gave me a free oil change in the future.. It is June 8th and nothing.. I called and got the well your truck is old and it's going to take awhile to get them ( the brackets) I will not use there free oil change and will never go back . Tuffy I remember when you were a great business...not anymore... Fix my hood and we will call it done...

I had an oil change done and was told it would be $54.99. I had also gotten my axle fixed. When I got home, I noticed my oil change was $94. I was Charged $20 to put on the oil filter and another $10 for the oil filter. I was not asked or told about either of these extra charges. I would not have gotten my oil changed here if I would’ve known it was $94. That is something you should definitely inform your customers about.

Our Jeep left us stranded hours from home. After a long night and several attempts on our part to fix the problem, we had the vehicle towed to Tuffy. Their staff was exceptionally friendly! When we knew we were in for a second night Rachel loaned us her personal vehicle, helped us find lodging, and even suggested places to see while we were stuck in town. By the time we called the following morning, they had figured out the problem and had us back on the road.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. I will NEVER bring a vehicle back here again. Or any of my families vehicles. 3x I've been back for the same brake job. Nobody even test drove my vehicle the first time and I cooked a rotar and caliper. This establishment is poorly managed with dealership prices. I was charged for a cab filter that hadn't even been changed. Completely unacceptable service Make that 4x

It was an old car. I had to pay extra because I replaced the ball joints, which I feel is a rip off. When they got it on the rack, they told me that the inner ball joints were bad. There are NO inner ball joints on that car. I told them to get the alignment done and that is all. They did do a nice job on the alignment and it goes down the road nice.

I brought my jeep in for a hvac repair. Was not fixed when I got it back. I got in touch with the owner. And he made sure it got done right. Even put in some new parts at no charge. A great place to get your automobile issues taken care of!

Hard review to write. I believe their intentions were good initially but service provided was Bad. Repair started with replacing some bushings, lead to replacing control arms. I paid for service and drove away with wheels tilted inwards and un- drivable. They said they put the new items on old crumbling frame and continued to install new items and charged me. They negotiated a reduced price for replacing the frame. The car was in the shop for over a month, every day no news or updates but when I called a part was mis-ordered or another part was broken and needed replaced. They agreed to pay for a car rental which I am yet to receive 3 months later. I believe their mechanics are sub par and should not agree to take on work they do not know how to do. One manager seems concerned and promised reimbursement but did not follow through.

Waited a long time to have a battery put in (about 2 hours total) after being told they weren't busy. Had oil (or something) fingerprints in various places of the vehicle when it was done that I had to clean up. Wasn't too happy about that. On the positive side, the desk guy was pleasant and the actual work done seems to be good.

I was so happy with the service I received from Tuffy. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and had great customer service. I think his name was Vern. And the young man who worked on my car was so kind. When I got my car back it felt and sounded like a new car. They fixed my wheel alignment, replaced my muffler and rear brakes. I will return in the future if I need any more help with my vehicle. I found a coupon online and the gentleman applied it to my final total. You guys are the best!!!!
