All I can say is wow!!! The most rudest people on the plant. I,m there willing to spend 33,000 dollars but the guy there said, yeh great but I don’t care I sell agricultural equipment. So have a nice day. I went down the road to Kent and bought a kubota. Great people to do business with there. Never will I walk in to green mark Equipment.

I've been going to this company for over 20 years to buy chainsaws and equipment very thorough very professional and just great guys all together if you need a Stihl chainsaw or other needs mechanically they can meet them I recommend them highly... I’ve come here since I was a little kid, back when it was Fillmore Equipment. I remember always being excited to look at all of the pieces of big farm machinery and getting a new farm toy. Now I come in for parts and service on my own equipment and have had extremely good luck. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff has continued to be of the highest standard ever since I was a little kid. The parts department (specifically Dean, John, and Tom) is absolutely top notch! We also recently purchased a brush hog for our skidsteer and got a very fair price. Greg was very good at answering our questions about our purchase as well as my inquiries to possible future equipment purchases. Having a great machine is one thing, but having a dealership that can support that machine is even more important, and Greenmark fills that role well!

Purchased a Stihl SR-450, the flagship mist sprayer, for Father's Day. Greenmark assured me it was ready to rock'N'roll. Gave the gift to my father and decided to throw some water in it just to see how well this thing worked, he ended up with a wet back and a broken spirit. The tank leaked all over while on his back. So next day I bring it back on lunch break, drop it off for Greenmark to take a look at. I told them I wanted a new machine not a faulty one that leaks. They had no problem with that request and assured me it will be ready for you when you come back. They did not have one ready, but they did swiftly assemble one for me when I got there; however, the other new one also leaked. If they would have assembled and tested the new one before hand it would have saved me a whole trip back into the store for nothing. Stihl needs to leak test their equipment and so should the certified dealers before letting a customer walk out the door. These sprayers are for chemicals and if I would have not tested with water first there would have been chemicals all over my father. When you spend $720 on a backpack mist blower I would expect quality, and it was far from it. Not even remotely usable. Conclusion - Greenmark by no means went above and beyond to make this right, but they aren't horrible. If you are looking for Stihl equipment I'm sure there is better customer service out there, thus 3 stars for being super average.

I saw a listing for a used Mahindra compact tractor. I contacted sales for information and photos and was told the tractor was taken on trade and not yet at the store but they could supply photos the next morning. He could not even tell me the hours but I indicated I was interested. He sent photos and it was what I wanted. He was “busy”, I told him to hold it for me till we could do the deal on the phone and I gave him my schedule for the next few days, he replied he would be in all day Monday and to call anytime. I called him early afternoon and he told me to look at the text he had just sent, which said the Mahindra had been sold! Now I could and would have signed a contract and or sent a deposit with the understanding the tractor passed their service inspection, I had the cash on hand and a text stating I wanted the machine. My intent to buy was clear I wanted the tractor If they needed something from me it was their job to let me know. They sold it to someone else. Apparently my money was not good enough. Bad service and even worse business practice. No offer of reconciliation, I’m just left looking for a tractor.

I recently purchased a john deer x570. Rick was my salesman. Definitely recommend this dealership !!!! I had a scratch in the hood when they dropped off the machine told rick about it and he went over and beyond to take care of the issue. Rick and mark found me another brand new hood to replace it with. This is a dealership you can trust and depend on for all your lawn care needs.

My husband bought a skid steer through green mark. The whole process before and during buying everyone seemed able to return calls and be helpful. Once he made the purchase however and he has called multiple times for parts without anyone bothering to return his calls, or they’ll say “yeah well go look to see if we have them, call you right back” and never call him back. Wouldn’t recommend if you want helpful service after purchase.

Earlier, I left a poor review as it involved my Dad who purchased a trimmer here; bought it for me as he knew his COPD would get him sooner or later. He passed about 2 years ago. I was terribly frustrated as I couldn't find the extra parts and paperwork. Well, I did the other day and now realize that my grief was getting the best of me. Your service tech that lives in jenison almost hit my plow truck while I was servicing a driveway. I dont think he understands the law. Maybe educate him that when the weather is severe that he needs to slow down give room to the rest of us. I imagine he would be pretty irate if somebody came up on him if he was working a piece of equipment and did the same thing.
