We went here to have an exhaust connection welded back on. We got the car back and the weld was dirty and splotched all over our exhaust. We called and they asked us to bring it back in - but when we picked it up they had just spray painted the exhaust black to hide the sloppy job. Disappointing.

Both cars I’ve taken in, a Honda Accord and a VW Passat, have been well taken care of. Prices are fair, employees are kind. They do typically book a ways out which is a bummer in a pinch but a good sign for their quality of work. On the one occasion a faulty part was installed, they fixed the next day no problem.

I found this place years ago and have been using the exclusively for my Subaru WRX. They have worked with me to keep my 18yo car running great and still on the road going strong! They suggest maintenance items but never push you to do anything you don't agree with, but just trust them, they are looking out for your best interest! Everyone who works there is wonderful, but Jake who runs the counter is just great to work with and Leo is so knowledgeable! Thanks for everything Holland and Imports!

I can't imagine anyone giving these folks a bad review! They were so helpful and fixed my 2001 Honda Insight for a quarter of the price the other guys quoted. I wasn't sure I would be able to drive it again, but now it's back on the road running just fine. I want to tell everyone how great this shop is!!!! It is rare to have good, honest customer service, reasonably priced repairs and happy employees that take pride in working there. Five stars is not enough!!!!

I ran into an unexpected problem with my rear brakes on my Audi at home. I never used Holland Imports before but I gave them a call, as I needed an Audi expert in Holland asap. They got me in right away and had the issue repaired within 4 hrs. They saved me a lot of money by fixing the caliper vs. a new caliper would have been over $500. I was very very impressed! Great Team! I began bringing my car to them 2 decades ago...now our family of 6 brings 6 cars to them as needed. Always courteous, professional, knowledgable and friendly but the thing I appreciate most is their proactivity. They do not wait for a small issue to become a large one. A near 1,000$ exhaust rebuild lasted less than 3 months before falling apart and I was quoted nearly another grand to have it fixed again. Shoddy work for an exceptional premium, avoid.
