We went here to have an exhaust connection welded back on. We got the car back and the weld was dirty and splotched all over our exhaust. We called and they asked us to bring it back in - but when we picked it up they had just spray painted the exhaust black to hide the sloppy job. Disappointing.

I ran into an unexpected problem with my rear brakes on my Audi at home. I never used Holland Imports before but I gave them a call, as I needed an Audi expert in Holland asap. They got me in right away and had the issue repaired within 4 hrs. They saved me a lot of money by fixing the caliper vs. a new caliper would have been over $500. I was very very impressed! Thanks guys!!

I brought my 2018 Subaru legacy here for a 60k mile service. They quoted only the work recommended by Subaru for 60k mile service and I paid half the price of what the dealership wanted. The dealership also wanted to add a bunch of extras and tell me it is part of their 60k mile service.

Both cars I’ve taken in, a Honda Accord and a VW Passat, have been well taken care of. Prices are fair, employees are kind. They do typically book a ways out which is a bummer in a pinch but a good sign for their quality of work. On the one occasion a faulty part was installed, they fixed the next day no problem.
