Great showroom and very knowledgeable sales team along with the whole staff. Listened well to our situation and desire for our family looking for a Sea Doo / Waver Runner. Provided overviews of all options/brands and key insights for types of hulls, power, and features for our intended use. We bought a Sea-Doo GTX 170hp with single trailer they had in inventory, and it was assembled accurately and ready in 24hrs. We were given a detailed overview of our specific machine, and we were on the lake that afternoon. Our experience with the boat met all our expectations. We used it extensively on Lake Michigan for towing board sports and tow-in foiling. The GTX hull was perfect for cruising over chop and confidently handled the really big lake waves. More than enough power, speed, and stability. We plan to use Village Motor Sports for winterization and maintenance. They really did a great job matching the right boat to our intended use in a relational sales way – very satisfied.

Just got my gxsr1000 from these guys after a full custom job .. the customer service they provided to me was amazing… Dan a very professional guy even doe I called him a million times he was very patient … and Josh is a great Tec.things I like Josh will tell you if he recommend something and also Evan fix something my last mechanic messed up .. my f1 light went off and my bike ride amazing after all the carbon work and the halo clip on … I recommend them , and I will be getting some more work done from these guys …

Had a problem with wave runner not starting, set an appointment and dropped off night before. After not hearing from them for a week called in and found out the service person who checked me in did not write up the service order, strike 1. I was assured they would get back with me in one day with what the issue was, two days later I had to call them to find out status, strike 2. At that point found out it was a blown fuse. Since it was there ask them how much it was for oil change, was told little over $100.00 dollars. After getting home and reviewing the bill it was clear the oil change was little over $200.00. I called back to shop and ask them to explain why it was double what was projected to be. They said they need to talk to technician and would get back with me. I've now called them three times, talked to two different people and left message with no answer, strike three. I left multiple messages through out this process with service department with one call back early in process. Generally had to take the sales option on phone system and then ask sales rep to get service people on phone. Service department not good at returning calls and has not followed up as they said they would when I question the charge around oil change. There is little to no follow up, no responsibility for what they quote or any action taken to make it right. I can't recommend the service department.

Customer service is awful and the parts department is even worse! I can say without a doubt in my mind unless it’s for a helmet or a sweatshirt and maybe motor oil they will never have what you need. On top of that the crappy parts department will never be able to help with anything. I had to argue with the guy to order the right part, I knew exactly what I needed and I came prepared but the guy would rather tell me that I was wrong for about 20min. After that we ordered my part and what do ya know I was out riding again as soon as I got the part. I reached out to the parts department via email and never ever heard back. Close this location!!! Or fire everyone and restart.

Recently purchased a new Polaris RZR xp 1000 ultimate the entire experience has been awesome starting with Brock in sales. I'm an attention to detail kinda guy which at times can be challenging for the folks I'm dealing with. My surprise when opening the cover to check the oil of the ATV, apparently it is the plastic wrap with which the ATV come outside so that they do not scratch, thank God it did not catch fire. Also I have cancelled my extended warranty 3/29/2025 and they haven’t refunded anything yet to the bank like they said and I sent an email to Dale I haven’t heard back from him also I have stopped by at the dealership and all they said is I have to wait. but how much longer is being almost three months. I have contacted B.R.P my cancellation of the extended warranty was approved on 3/31/2025 and that they refunded the money to the dealership.

I cannot say enough positive things about Village Motorsports Holland. The team is 2nd to none. I purchased a brand new 2016 Ski-Doo Renegade Adrenaline for my wife from them in April 2016. The G.M. Shane is very thorough and prompt whenever I had questions on anything. The experience was very quick and actually enjoyable. It only required minimal paper work. My experience was so good that I decided to pull the trigger on a spring order 2017 Freeride 137 for myself Village Holland was the place I would do business with. I've since ordered accessories and parts and what not and both Shane and Aaron (in parts/accessories) are always more than helpful. Every visit or call or E-mail to the Village Holland team is always enjoyable. I will be doing all my future business with them only.
