Mitch was so accommodating and kind during our oil change! He offered coffee, water or hot chocolate on a cold winter day which was so nice. Pulled in here for a last minute oh shit, I’m a month over due oil change. I know, bad, I’m just a girl. I will not go anywhere else ever again!! Mitch, the owner was incredible! So kind and efficient knowing I was on a time crunch. He and his team were quick and knowledgeable and got me out quicker than any other oil change company I’ve been through. They even threw in an engine clean (bc I took too long to get my oil change haha). I will be sharing Costa with all of my family and friends, and I don’t make recommendations lightly!

I recently had my oil changed at this location and initially, everything seemed fine. However, the following day, as I was driving out of my driveway, the oil filter became dislodged, resulting in a trail of oil on the road. Fortunately, I noticed the issue and promptly pulled over. I then visited a nearby oil change service and had the oil changed again. Subsequently, I returned to the original location and requested a refund, which was provided. I also received new wiper blades as a gesture of goodwill since I declined their offer for a free oil change next time. Although the issue was ultimately resolved, I wanted to share my experience to caution others. Hopefully, they will take steps to improve their services.

Despite making an odd mistake on my part—when trying to restart my car we found I couldn’t due to my keys being in my husband’s pocket at the ice rink where I had dropped him off! Had some work done on my car next door at Corvus Auto. They recommended Costa for an oil change. So glad they did. Mitch and his team were friendly and professional. They explained each step and didn’t try to sell me products I didn’t need. Changed my oil in no time for a fair price. Afterwards, when my car was sliding in ice/snow to get out of their parking lot, one of their employees came over with a snow shovel and spotted traffic for me so I could safely exit onto James St. Thank you for helping me out!!

I typically do my oil changes but am unable to right now, so I had my oil changed here recently and everything went great. I'm new to the area and had a nice converstation with Mitch and his crew; they are very friendly people. The price was transparent and matched what it would take for you to do it yourself, which is good. The team knew what they were doing, had the right tools, and was efficient so I was able to get in and out quickly. I drive a lot to/from work so I'm thinking I'll make this location a regular spot. I am not sure about the cost of oil and filter and labour that a business needs for an oil change for my truck. But I thought it was a little pricey

We have been taking our family’s vehicles to Costa Oil for several years now. Always great service from Mitch and his team (love the hot chocolate they offer by the way!). I had a recent incidence that prompted me to write a long overdue review. Some time after a recent service, we noticed oil drips on the garage floor. To make a long story short after several visits back (and great and professional service each time), they diagnosed the problem which was a common issue with Kia Tellurides and Hyundai Palisades. The oil drip had nothing to do as a result of their service but they still diagnosed and researched what the real problem was. They shared some YouTube videos of a small seal on the motor that often needs to be replaced. Following these videos along with 1 hour of my time and a $10 part from Ziegler Kia totally fixed the issue. Most firms would not have stuck with the issue long enough to have helped the customer in this way. If I could give them 10 stars, I would have!
