Garbage quality, got my vehicle back and had stripped out manifold bolts, plastic trim just laying in top of the motor, broken tabs on battery tray, all to change a coil pack, overpriced, poor service, I will never let these amateurs work on my cars again

Was not happy with service. Took a boat with a lifter noise, was told it needed a new cam shaft and lifters. After 2 weeks Ken called me and said that it was done. After $1,200 it was still not running well still had ticking noise. I took it back was told that the gimble bearings might be making the noise had that fix for $ 200 he said the ticking was not fixed by changing that maybe the exhaust. At that point I found out he was just guessing. Money don’t grow on trees you know. I don’t recommend.

I went to another garage for no AC working in half of my truck along with an ABS/brake sensor that kept going off. I was quoted well over $5,000 for repairs with a lot of additional parts that weren’t needed. I went to Ken’s Auto for a second opinion and Ken was fantastic. He read through some notes from the other garage and got to the bottom of what was actually needed. His knowledge of parts and what seems to fail and what he’s never seen to fail saved me money for repairs. He fixed both problems and saved me thousands of dollars for being a truthful repair garage. I highly recommend his services. I will return 100%.

Been going to this guy for the past 7 years, don't plan on going anywhere else. Great service, the price is always super reasonable and at some points he's even given me advice on how to fix it myself due to the fact that it was super simple to fix and I didn't have to spend more money to fix it.
