Check out our brakes on our Cadillac CTS-4 and replaced all the brake pads but only replace the front rotors because the rear ones were in good shape, but we were told by a different place we needed the rear rotors, plus rearend outer seals. Capizzi said the rear seals looked like they might have seeped a little, but there was no fresh leaking.

I'm giving them a one-star because I've called their phone several times and the message says that they would return my call and they have not yet returned my calls at all. I was in some serious need of help with my vehicles being repaired plus I was interested in a car that they had outside for sale. With all this pandemic mask going on I can't just stop in anywhere I want because of the risk of contraction have the virus. If you're going to have a secretary then someone needs to be doing their job. That is essential

I was recommended by a friend to try this business for routine car maintenance. I was excited about trying a smaller shop over the dealership because of the specialized care and attention I hoped my car would receive. I used them three times for routine oil changes, a full brake job, battery replacement, and spark plug replacement. The cost for these services seemed much closer to what a dealership would charge, but the service was not exceptional. I'll provide an example to support this claim. For two of the three visits, I brought to their attention a strange noise from one of the rear brakes. The first time, they claimed they fixed it, but they did not. The second time, they also claimed they fixed it using a different method, but they did not. They did, however, still charge me for both visits. I later took my car to a different local business. That experience was much better. The shop tried multiple attempts to fix the problem, and only made me pay when the problem was fixed. Overall, my experience for the handful of times I went to Capizzi Automotive was not great. I'm sure that they do good work, but my experience was not an example of that.

Had a dyno test scheduled for today and shop was closed. My time is as valuable as yours. Please do better with scheduling is my advice. It wasn't for my daily driver, it took me a while to pull it out of storage to only find you are closed today. TO YOUR REPLY: If you were there, you did not come to the door. I was there at 10:05 am. I banged on the side entrance door, pulled the door handle that has hours on it (was locked) . No response. I also called twice the listed number little before 10am, went to voicemail in both cases.

Very disappointed with my experience at Capizzi. I dropped off my car after hours on the scheduled day and I didn't hear from him for over a week. When I finally called, he said he couldn't touch my car until we signed a permission slip (which is fine but that would have been nice to know). Another week passes by and we hear nothing, so we call again. He had looked at it but then didn't call us. Got overcharged for him to tell us to take it somewhere else for fixing. To your reply: I know for a fact I gave you my number when I called in the first place to make the appointment, and you instructed us to drop the key in the drop box if we came after hours and did not say anything about an envelope. Even if we were ill-informed on how your drop-off system works, a professional shop should would have called to correct the issue, and not wait for us to call. Unfortunately, we had to call several times and it took several days to get a response. I understand running diagnostics takes time and effort, but the price we paid was not worth the poor service we received.
