My vehicle maintenance light and battery light came on, but it was still drivable. On the next day, I went to take it in for a pre-scheduled service. Then, the power steering failed as I was pulling out of my driveway. Rather than risking potential damage to my automobile or an accident, I called K & R Towing to transport it to the business where I was going to have the work done. I am SO glad I did. Dave patiently listened to my circumstance, took my information, and sent Mike (the driver) to come to my aid. Both Dave & Mike had shown a genuine concern for my situation. My vehicle was towed and they were the ones called to pick it up. When I called to see if it was there, the guy I talked to was incredibly helpful, as well as understanding of the situation. He gave me all the information I needed to pick it up in the morning, and they were willing to work with me on the price. Also a few years back when my truck was towed, they ended up not only giving it back at no charge, they dropped it off for me because I didn't have a way to haul it out. Very friendly staff.

I've been a driver for 15 years now and i only leave a review if deserved..i give this place 5 stars! My alternator went out at the pilot across the street and called them up to price a new one..and not only did they have one in stock they installed within 2 hours of walking in..600 bucks isn't bad at all for a new 160 amp alternator and installation plus doing it that fast!! Thanks again K&R for keeping me on schedule and not price gouging me very much appreciated..ill definitely be getting my oil changes and servicing done here

We had issues with a front brake on a truck. We called from a truck stop close by. I checked to see if they could help us. They were great from the phone call thru to the end of the repair. They were very good at communication with both our office and our driver. The price was reasonable. They had a driver's lounge our driver waited in while the repairs were being made. They got him back on the road that day. If I'm ever in the area and need truck service they will be my first call! I have saved their number for sure. I highly recommend them.

Paid over $3,400 to K&R to repair a diesel truck, including $800+ specifically to fix a fuel tank leak. They said it was fixed, but it was still leaking badly when I started driving back to Georgia. Disappointed they didn’t take any responsibility or offer a partial refund for the work that wasn’t done properly. Took over 10 days just to get it diagnosed while they had the truck. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Did minimum work and chraged $1,200. Hour fees $190 highest I have seen anywhere in my 10 years of driving. As soon as truck was released to me had a bunch of codes, wanted another $200 to clear them. Also problem was not fixed. Just taking the truck to a legit shop out in Missouri who will actually find and fix my problem. High priced, and just seems dishonest.

Excellent service for my workhorse Bounder motorhome alignment A couple of problems Used speciations for workhorse p-30 when my motorhome is a W-22. Very different. Should have checked the vin. Adjusted tire psi to 100. Should have used interior tag psi 85 front, 90 rear as prevessly set. Noticed a rougher ride.

My truck had issues with the DEF system that I did know about, but I also had a clutch issue with the TCM I think and I had a cracked brake shoe that they found. I was there for a while, but all of that got fixed in less than a day. Plus they are kind, and professional, and they kept me updated. Literally the best truck repair experience I ever had!

Ordered a grill for my International 7400 Workstar. Description of part said it was for a “Workstar” After questioning if it was for a Workstar I was told it does look different than what I have. But I stated that they have it listed it is for a Workstar and was told “correct”. Well I reluctantly ordered it to find out it does not fit nor is for a Workstar The return shipping is $435 which they expect me to pay because they wouldn’t send a pick up tag for it. So just because they have it listed that it’ll fit your application, buyer beware!!!!
