As soon as we walked into the Honda dealership, Junior De La Rosa met us with a smile and a handshake. He lead us to his desk and after casual chitchat, he asked how he could help us find what vehicle we were looking to buy. He listened carefully and found the mini van we had found on line and then he provided more details. Next he went out to warm up the van and drove it into an empty bay as it was cold and snowy outside. He saw to it we would be more comfortable to take our time looking at it inside before we took it for a test drive.
We did like this mini van and he explained all the details and had the paper work done. He made this transaction in a professional way. This was an exceptional experience for both of us. We are glad to have met Junior. We feel he is trustworthy and made the process easy for us.
We also had the pleasure meeting his wife who also helped with the financial side.

Had a wonderful experience with Junior, Caryn, and the entire team at Zeigler Kia of Holland. We started shopping in October and were clear about the car being my partner’s to pick and decide on. Junior was extremely patient and communicative during the whole process, including making sure she was the primary customer while identifying her wishlist for the vehicle. We were able to lock down an amazing deal on the Carnival. Can’t recommend the team there enough!

I had a hole in my condenser of my Kia Niro so I went in and Saw John in Service. Unfortunately, the part came in damaged and I was set back a week without a fixed vehicle. John was able to get me a loaner car for a week and make it right while the part was reordered. I highly recommend working with John in KIA service. He is there to do everything in his power to get you back on the road!

We stopped in on May 28, 2024 and tested 2 vehicles, and chose a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. We had 2 vehicles to trade in, one of which we brought to the dealership. The salesperson said he could give us a quote based upon what information was given and then complete that process when the other vehicle was there. It was about 3:50 PM when we were told it would be about 45 minutes , maybe, before we could get a quote. He was leaving at 5:00 , so he said he would send us the quote and we could finalize everything the next day. The next day came, and we have not heard a word from that dealership. We even called and told another person about the situation, and still 4 hours later no call. Obviously they do not value our business or not interested in selling a vehicle, so we will take it elsewhere. I, under these circumstances cannot recommend this establishment.

AJ was great and helped the car buying experience go smooth. Corey in financing was also great to work with. We had a slight hiccup with an issue the day we brought the vehicle home and the service department was not the most helpful or accommodating, but AJ stepped in to get us taken care of. 5 stars for AJ!
