If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here interested in a 2025 Kia Seltos with my own pre-approval at 9.02% and clear payment terms. The dealership gave me much higher numbers that didn’t make sense, and when I asked for clarification, I was promised a follow-up that never came — even after waiting two days. Instead of transparency, I felt pressured and ignored. I really wanted to buy from this dealer, but the lack of honesty, communication, and respect pushed me to purchase from another dealership that treated me far better. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Dealership going downhill. Kia service was polite, but not really professional. Simple service took almost 2 hours. Was told 1-1.5 max. It was basic technology check. Lack of communication and clear understanding of the vehicle issues was apparent. I would not recommend this service department.

My wife and I came in to look at a used 2023 Buick Encore GX. Our experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff was accommodating in letting us test drive several cars, and when we pointed out our target vehicle was very dirty with a musty smell, they did have it professionally cleaned and ozone treated for our second visit. They also willingly dropped the car off at a local shop for a pre-purchase inspection at our request, which we sincerely appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive actions were overshadowed by a frustrating and non-transparent sales process. The initial sales offer we were presented with included nearly $2,500 in extras, like a $1,999 paint/interior protection package and a LoJack, that were automatically factored into the total price instead of being offered as options. While it seemed they would have removed these charges if we pushed back, presenting the deal this way felt deceptive and designed to inflate the initial price. Despite the car having been on the lot for nearly three months, there was absolutely no willingness to negotiate on the vehicle's price itself. Most disappointing, however, was an issue with our credit. We were explicitly told our credit would not be run, but we later received an alert confirming that it had been. When we confronted our salesperson about this, they did acknowledge it was a mistake. While we appreciate them owning up to it, the fact that this 'mistake' happened after we were assured it wouldn't is a significant breach of trust. Ultimately, while the staff performed some helpful actions, the sales tactics felt dated and were not straightforward. Because of the non-transparent pricing and the mishandling of our personal information, we chose to walk away and cannot recommend them.

They truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. This was actually our second purchase with them, and that alone speaks volumes about the trust we have in their service. Kia of Holland: With a large family of drivers we have a fleet of vehicles. Brought my wife's 2021 Kia Seltos in for a bunch of recalls and some basic maintenance. The service writer Sharon, went above and beyond her job duties and couldn't be happier. Her knowledge and suggestions were welcome and took under advisement. Very happy with our experience with Zeigler Kia. This was the third vehicle we’ve purchased from this dealership and the experience didn’t disappoint. We have had some unfortunate issues in the past, but things were definitely rectified this time around. We live over 100 miles away and we were able to secure financing, have our trade-in appraised, and negotiate a deal through phone/text. Carson was our salesman and he was great to deal with. He was very responsive, communicated promptly, and set us up to sign and drive in one trip. We closed our sale with Jared who was also very knowledgeable and made sure we were educated on all of the options available to us. Thank you to Carson and Jared for giving us faith in the Zeigler name again. We love our Telluride and we WILL be back! The only reason for the four star review has nothing to do with the associates we dealt with and has everything to do with forcing customers to buy the LoJack system. $899 for something we don’t want and will never use. That’s just a scam and a very high profit for your company. At least the free trailer hitch and install slightly made up for this ridiculousness.

This was our first experience buying from Zeigler Holland, but it will most certainly not be our last. We were replacing a vehicle that was totaled in a deer crash this summer, and needless to say, we had a horrendous experience with our insurance company as a result, so having to replace the vehicle we lost (just purchased in Feb. 2025) felt like a very heavy and stressful task. We really needed something to work in our favor to redeem the mess we dealt with this year, and I can absolutely say that our experience at Zeigler, and specifically with Junior and Caryn de la Rosa, was EXACTLY what we needed. We were immediately comfortable with Junior--he is an incredible balance of professional, fun, and passionate, all coming together for a fabulously personal car buying experience. Once he got us all set-up with the car we were interested in, we worked with Caryn the following day on financing, and y'all, she made it SO easy (and personal). I don't think we've ever sat in a finance office before and felt like we were just catching up with an old friend, but that's how we felt. Our kids hung out while we wrapped things up and made friends with some of the staff. Their experience was memorable too--they can't wait to buy another car from Junior! 🤣 We picked up our new license plate and registration from Junior, just two days after buying the car, and we find it coincidental that the first three letters are EZH, because Junior and Caryn were there at the right time for us, and they made the whole thing E-Z as Hell. 🤣 Thanks a MILLION, #TeamDelarosa! We WILL be back! 💙❤️💛
