This is a nice place to get an oil change with a helpful and friendly crew of employees! From pulling into the garage to driving out, my engine oil change took about 10-15 minutes. These guys know what they're doing. Note that this shop mainly uses Mobil 1 oil.

My mother in law went in for an oil change on their F-150. The price on the board was ~$80. After the service was performed and she declined the misc. extra products and services offered, they informed her that her bill was ~$170.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Poor people to work with. I recommend you not bringing your car there. They are not all there in the head. They had a customer start their car twice with no oil in it. Poor training. No one can train anyone right there.Plus they like to go thru people's cars without permission.

Should give employees fans in the shop, especially in summer was here waiting with my vehicle not running and it was hot in the shop hopefully the owner can help out their employees better been going here for a couple of years but today was hot in the shop

I have been coming to this location for 3+ years. They always have fast service and are hardworking. The shorter blonde kid always goes above and beyond is very helpful and informative! Ive had oil changes, air filters replaced, turn signals changed, coolant flushes, and oil repair options done.

Editing my original review of only 4 stars because I’m so impressed. These guys are great - efficient, kind, professional. They take their jobs seriously and go above and beyond. They noticed my baby was crying so they went into overdrive. They fixed a part that they didnt have to. One of the employees showed up 8 minutes before his shift, and seeing his coworkers busy, stepped up to the plate instead of playing on his phone waiting for his shift to start. Good, honest gentleman. Hard workers

I am pretty particular on vehicle service and use the dealer…. I was in a rush and up against miles before an unexpected trip out of town. On my way to the highway I saw Performance Plus, in Holland; checked the reviews, and took a chance… They got me right in, were very friendly, and did a very thorough and professional job. If getting your oil changed could be considered a spiritual experience, then Jason is basically the guru of smooth-running engines. I came in expecting the usual—long wait and a hard sell on filters I don’t understand. What I got instead? VIP treatment, zero pressure, and Jason’s impeccable vibes. He explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel like I accidentally enrolled in Car Maintenance 101, cracked just enough jokes to make the oil change feel like a stand-up routine and got me in and out faster than my last trip to Starbucks. Jason, if you’re reading this—you’re the real MVP. My car’s purring, my day’s better and I’ll definitely be back (preferably before my check engine light tries to start a conversation). Jason at Lakewood location hooked me up with a full synthetic oil change. Every other time I have gotten my oil changed I was ALWAYS a quart low. This is my go to place for oil changes over the past 10 years. They are super trustworthy - last time I came in they actually told me I was not due for a change because the maintenance reminder on my car was not accurate for the oil I run. I also taught all my daughters to take their car here and get kid change top offs and they were never oversold and the managers since I have been going here are all teachers. There is turnover with the team as you can expect, but they must be great at hiring because they are always professional and thorough. I highly recommend Performance Plus on Lakewood!

I went in for a simple oil change, but my experience really stood out compared to other places I’ve been. The staff greeted me right away and explained exactly what they’d be doing. Jason, the manager, was extremely friendly and informative about what I needed done without aggressively pushing any unnecessary add ons. He answered any questions I had and made great recommendations for my high mileage car. The whole process was quick, I think I was there for 10 minutes. The prices were reasonable, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place that feels like they are being genuine with you, but my experience with this location was nothing short of honesty, efficiency, and friendly service.
