This company messed up a job on my car and told me they would honor it and fix it. But it’s now been about 3 months and every time I get ahold of them, they give me an excuse about why they haven’t been able to reach out. Vacation, sick, you name it. Just realized they told me they would call me in a week and another month has gone by. I would really like a call from Sebastian or dawn about this issue. I’ve worked with other Gerber collisions and had excellent service, but this place is joke.

Amazing customer service!! Got the job done quickly!! Picked up my vehicle and sat down to find they had detailed the inside of my Jeep also!! Just wow!! They really went above and beyond!! I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and to not have to worry about cleaning my vehicle right now is such a blessing!! That small act of kindness is so HUGE!! I highly recommend their services!! We have gone there a couple of times and will continue to go there for any future needs. Thank you Gerber Collision!!

I had a deer hit and my car was damage badly, next day I went to Gerber Collision and Glass ( 6259 136th Ave, Holland, MI) without making any appointment I was skeptical if they can accept me but they did. The manager was very fast, professional and very helpful, he took pictures right away and had me signed papers, And a few weeks, my car was ready to be pick up, It looks fantastic like nothing happened. I want to thank Gerber owner and the whole team for a wonderful job. Absolutely getting messages about the status of the repair makes me not to worry, repair was done on time and I am grateful. I would recommend this shop to 10/10 if you really care for your car.

Had an appointment for 4pm for an estimate. When my wife arrived early for the appointment she had to reschedule because the guy that does estimates had left for the day. Despite the failure to call us to reschedule our appointment the do good work. Our Equinox was completed in a timely matter.

Gerber employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The body work they did was amazing. This is not my first time getting work done. I have never had an issue after my repair. They even offered to fix a couple areas of paint repair for a great price done they were going to do some things in that area anyways. It all worked out great!!!
