Lance was right on top of the task. He took care of everything. I had to have a module reprogrammed and the oil changed. It was supposed to take 2 hours or more. Called for a known recall issue on a 2010 GMC Terrain, windshield wipers broken. First time I called the employee told me she’d order it and call when it came in so they could repair. Week+ goes by, nothing. Called again and then they said I had to take it in and pay for a diagnostic, and if they decide wipers were found to be faulty, then they’ll “waive” the cost. What kind of warranty support is that? Maybe Betten Baker can actually help me. GM’s website specifically told me a GM dealer would fix it with no cost to me

Stopped in for an oil change. Got done sooner than anticipated. It would be nice if, at drop off, they would ask about related services (tire rotation, etc.) as a simple reminder; just in case something else is due.
