Went for a quick oil change ended up with a huge oil leak all over my rented garage. Now I have to clean it. Took it in somewhere else to find the problem and the plug was hand tight. They didn't tighten the plug leaving me with a big clean up. Other then this expirence it's been great. For some reason it won't let me add a pic of the oil stain.

Called for a known recall issue on a 2010 GMC Terrain, windshield wipers broken. First time I called the employee told me she’d order it and call when it came in so they could repair. Week+ goes by, nothing. Called again and then they said I had to take it in and pay for a diagnostic, and if they decide wipers were found to be faulty, then they’ll “waive” the cost. What kind of warranty support is that? Maybe Betten Baker can actually help me. GM’s website specifically told me a GM dealer would fix it with no cost to me

I was taught to stay away from dealership service departments because they were too expensive or this or that. But since I purchased my car from Todd Wenzel over 2 years ago, I have used their service department for all of my cars service needs and they are awesome. Communication, prices, and service can't be beat.

Its unfortunate that I can't give this place zero stars! My wife and I have worked with the service department for the last 2 years on vehicle repairs and spent over 5k with these crooks My wife recently took her Cadillac CTS because the sun roof/roof drains are leaking. Her car was there for close to a month, they made excuse after excuse that they ordered the wrong part or this part didn't work etc etc. Once repairs were finally made and 900$ in Labor was paid. 2 days later my wife went through the car wash and water was dripping all over while she was driving, it was even coming out of the air vents WE then called the service department and after several attempts they finally made time to service her car. After they diagnosed the car a second time they told us that it wasn't the drains but that we now apparently need a new sun roof 2700$ was estimated for that. Why was this not figured out on first visit when they had it for a month? They then tried to charge me 300$ for the diagnosis of the leaking roof again. I then spoke with the service manager JERRY BROTT who was very rude and unprofessional and wanted to do nothing to help just wanted to argue with me because I didn't want to pay them 2x to fix the same issue he then stated that I was not allowed to do business with them anymore. Point is we paid to have a leaking sun roof fixed and the problem was never fixed. It is like they just wanted to keep replacing parts till they found the issue at our expense. So I spent 900$ in repairs/labor and still have a leaking sun roof that pours all over my lap every time it rains. I would save yourself time and money and go to a real mechanic shop not a 2 or 3 time mechanic shop.

I've been a customer for years and always have gone to them for oil changes and repairs. The last time I went, they raised oil changes by about $10. I just got in the mail both a $10 off coupon and a $10 gift card for being a loyal customer. I went in for an oil change and they said they would only honor one of them and in addition the prices were now $100 for an oil change when it was $80 last time (originally it was $70). Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and recommend to every person I meet not to use Todd Wenzel service department ever in their entire lives.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My wife got a flat on the way to work driving from Grand Rapids to Holland and unfortunately had to pull off in Hudsonville to this dealership. When she walked in the service center she was promptly ignored by the service manager and 4 reps, all of which were sitting at their desks doing nothing. When we eventually greeted them, the service manager scowled and dismissed us to a rep to get a tire price. The rep appeared to be extremely inconvenienced that he had to do his job. We told him the make and model of the car we had and he very arrogantly told us that we had to go out to the parking lot and bring back the specifications on the tire. Apparently he couldn't be inconvenienced to check for us. After we came back in with the information he told us that he could get a single tire by this afternoon however they would not swap it until the next day. I then asked if there would be any extra fees because they were shipping the tire to the shop same day day and he smugly told me the the price wouldn't change and there was nothing they could do same day. After this I asked if he could refer us to another shop that may be able to help us and he was completely clueless and told us to drive the car back to Grandville on a flat and look for a shop there. It turns out there is an amazing shop called "No Time Flat" just down the road. Under no circumstances would I ever return to this dealership for anything, repair or purchase. They made it clear that they don't care about their customers or even doing the bare minimum at their jobs. STAY FAR AWAY!

Lance was right on top of the task. He took care of everything. I had to have a module reprogrammed and the oil changed. It was supposed to take 2 hours or more. The technicians had it all done in about an hour and 30 minutes. As always, top notch service from Todd Wenzel Chevrolet in Hudsonville Michigan.

I received an email from TWC asking for a review of my experience. This is my experience. 12/2 I called to make an appointment and left a voicemail. It went unreturned. 12/11 Scheduled appointment for 12/16 first available 12/16 cancelled appointment, took daughter to ER rescheduled appointment for 12/19. 12/17 ball joint failed while driving in parking lot. Vehicle was towed to TWC due to ball joint failure at 39k miles. 12/18 no action was taken on vehicle due to staff shortages. Nobody contacted me. I called them. 12/19 upon inspection was told the vehicle had a level kit installed therefore no warranty (writer wouldn't even ask GM), also recommended removal of kit, however would not perform that removal. Since I would need to have the work mostly re-done after TWC, I elected to tow the vehicle to another shop to complete the repair. Once TWC was made aware of this they offered to remove the level kit for $459 for 2 hours of labor. I proceeded to remove the vehicle to another shop for repairs (and paying $200 for the diagnosis). During this process I discovered that I could purchase the parts at the parts department for MSRP however the service dept. quoted me over MSRP for those exact same parts. Should there be cause for off-warranty repairs in the future, I'll be sure to avoid TWC based on this experience. The trust and value just isn't there for me. I'm sorry to say. I did not plant to write a review, but TWC emailed me asking for one.

Nino in the service department has been great to deal with. While dealing with a complex issue, he had to contact OnStar several times for us. He has been a big help, thank you!

Honestly I will take my business else where. The sales rep we had was really rude seemed like he didn't even really want to help us and plus when I seen the van that we came to look at when I seen it on market place that morning it was only posted for $6,900 and while on my way down there to look at the van I got a notification that the price got changed to almost $10,000. That's false advertising

Called and made a 10 am appointment to have my 12 day old truck looked at because of a shake in the steering wheel and pulling to the right if you let go of steering wheel. They ask me if I was dropping it off or going to wait for it. I told them I would be waiting for it. I arrived and pull the truck into your garage. Not one person acknowledged I was even there. Not The girl siting along the wall with earbuds in or 2 guys sitting at desk. I finally went to the guys at the desk and told them I had a appointment. They ask with who? I told them I did not remember the name and then gave them my name. They then said my appointment was with Nino and he would be back in a while. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes and finally Nino showed up and he repeated to me what I had told him over the phone. He was again ask me if I was waiting or dropping it off. I told him I would be waiting and I had brought my wife to test drive some cars to buy. He said ok. We then went test drive one of the cars and when we returned after an hour I went back to service And found Nino and ask if he had any question about my truck and he told me that they had not even looked at it and my not get to it for a couple of hours. I told him I had a 10 am appointment to have it worked on. He informed me that it was not a 10 am appointment to have my truck worked on and that it was a 10 am appointment for me to talk to him to tell him the same thing I had already told him on the phone. I told him this was not exceptable. He then told me this is how every dealership does it. I told him I did not believe that. Told him I wanted to talk to the service manager. He said you had a dentist appointment and would not be back until after lunch. I then went to the salesman Bob that I bought the truck from 12 days earlier and told him I was not happy. He then had me go talk to the salesmanager. After talking with him and letting him know my disappoinment he went and talked to Nino. They then got a tech to look at my truck. The tech said the shake in the steering wheel was normal for the 2500 and that he would align the front end because of the pulling to the right. It was now well past lunch time so they gave me a loaner so my wife and I could go get something to eat. Finally after 1 pm they called and said the truck was ready. I picked it up and noticed right away the steering wheel still shakes "As is normal for 2500" and it still pulled to the right. So at this point I knew I would never buy another vehicle from Todd Wenzel or ever have service done here again. You can tell Nino that not all dealers do it this way and we found one that says that a 10 am appoinment to have a car worked on is when the car will be worked on. We then bought my wifes $80,000 from them. I have ask the your saleman, salemanager and now am asking you to have the owner to give me a call so I could explain the problem I had your dealership. As of yet no call from owner.

I brought my car in for a check engine light and other services since it was going to be in the shop. The only time I was contacted by a service member was when my car was ready for pick up. I was the one calling asking for updates. And when I called the last time for an update they already fixed the probably with out consulting me. I paid for 2 oil changes when I was only anticipating to pay for one. I was not happy leaving and maybe won't bring it back there for service, honestly.

Service manager (Nick) took the time to speak and hear about the history of my vehicle issue. Nice touch. Also, the decision not to "just swap out" the battery because the electrical issue did not make sense. Besides the 4/25 battery has a 3yr warranty on it via O' Reilly (GM OEM battery) and there was 0 volt draw after shutdown. So we developed a plan going forward.

Fantastic experience with Todd Wenzel's service group in Hudsonville. I was alittle nervous from the horror story's online from others that had their 6.2 engines fail. Nino and his team worked flawlessly and speedy. Highly recommend them.
