I’ve been using Dykstra’s for over 20 years. We had an exhaust manifold replaced and some brake work done. It took quite a bit longer than expected and when we picked it up, the broken things were fixed but the belt was squealing very badly. We were not pleased. They took it back and replaced the serpentine belt at no charge. Although I expect a vehicle to be returned without something else being broken, I thought them replacing it ASAP and at no cost was excellent customer service. Thank you, Dykstra’s!!
