The team at Westside Service on Gateway are awesome. They know what they are doing. Marco will take the time to explain the problem with your vehicle very thoroughly. I would recommend them to anybody. Great Team!!! They go above and beyond to make sure your car is safe to drive. While working on my hisbands truck they did and inspection and found that the brakes and rotors were really bad so they called to let us know and fixed them up. Thank you!!

Went in because my fuel pump went out. Which I told them what it was still got charged for the diagnosis ok fair. Then went and got the most expensive fuel pump I've ever heard of. And it's either the wrong one or its malfunctioning because since then my gas mileage is terrible when I ask Marco about it was told to do math. Then was given bunch of nonsense and what do I want him to do about. Nothing absolutely nothing I will fix thi myself when I save a bit of money up. And as for these shop never again I wouldn't have them fix this truck if they offered it for a free service not trust worthy

I was reluctant to have repairs done by a new garage after being new to the area and normally doing my own wrenching. This store helped me with an electrical issue that I wasn’t able to fix on my own. I heard of this place by word of mouth, I was extremely impressed with the very fair pricing, quick turn around with my repair, explanation of what was really needed versus just throwing parts and unneeded repairs, and most importantly- I was inspired by the kindness and professionalism I observed I hope more folks will become lifetime customers of this shop- I sure will be. I love west side service they are an amazing shop, I have a wonderful experience every-time I bring my cars in. I brought my family's and friend’s cars there too. Ive been going to the Gateway one for a little over a year now. They’re an amazing place 100/10 recommended!!! Marco at the west side gateway is always providing outstanding service!! He always greets me with the best energy and sets me up with what I need. Never tried to play me like fiddle cause I’m a female and lots of shops have tried to get their moneys worth thinking I don’t know what I needed, and I’ve never experienced that at west side. They're respectful, honest, and kind. They do have reasonable prices, also they offer discounts, and I got a gift card from them for some money off my next visit. If you’re looking for a shop that cares about you and your car. I urge you to try out west side service cause they will not disappoint.
