Stopped by to get an estimate and was told they could email me the estimate. 24 hours later, we have still not received it. I did call back to verify the email address with them, and it was correct. Guess I will not be using this establishment in the future again and would have a hard time referring to others. I did secure an estimate with another business which took less than 15 minutes and scheduled the repair with that company.
