*Three thumbs up* My 2015 BMW X1 started smokin’ from the hood a little bit and since car troubles make me think super rationally I first decided to waste my time by going to a random general derp-uh-derr mechanic.. Well, to much shock, they didn’t know nothin about nothin and I was referred to the local [irrelevant euro-shop #1 and #2]. My gut told me to look elsewhere (could’ve also been the questionable re-heated Chinese food i had for breakfast, idk). I saw the stellar google reviews and decided In Tune Imports were the ones I wanted to pop my hood and give it an old fashioned one-two. A little spit shine, elbow grease, chewing gum and duck tape, a replaced flux capacitor, and I was back on the road. Jason was very professional, he had a refreshing and uniquely calming personality/demeanor, the price was fair (roughly the same as what my google searches predicted), had it fixed in 3-4 days (other shops were booking 1-2weeks out), and they will absolutely get my business again.

I was a mom traveling alone with my kids, hundreds of miles away from home. I had a small issue with a safety feature on my car. The owner fit me in right away, fixed my car issue and he didn’t charge me at all as it was an easy fix and he did it out of the kindness of his heart. I truly appreciate that he helped me and my family in a pinch so that we could get home safely and didn’t try to take advantage of my situation. While in the waiting room I spoke with another customer and she told me that I had picked the best mechanic in town and that she had been a customer for over 20 years! As a traveler that is good to hear!

My son's BMW had a plastic coolant return hose break when we were camping on this side of the state for Memorial weekend. It would've been pretty risky to drive it home to a familiar mechanic. We did some research online on a Sunday afternoon to decide where to leave the car. Based on previous BMW owner reviews and an endorsement from the tow guy, we left the car at In Tune Imports. They did a great job, great communication, and got to the car right away. They did what needed to be done, did not take advantage since we are 2 hours away and only tried to upsell a water pump, which is a known wear item that should be done around 90 to 100k; therefore they knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend In Tune, especially for high end imports.
