Gerber took in my poor, mangled Jeep after another driver hit me on the driver’s side. They fixed it up good as new and to be honest it even drives better than it did before the accident! They were so wonderful about communicating the progress, even during a time when parts were slow to come in during Covid. I appreciate all of their efforts!

Disappointed customer. I was referred by my insurance company to fix my rear bumper. After getting a call that was my car ready late Friday, I excused myself from work to go pick it up. Upon pickup, the car was filthy and the bumper wasn't attached properly. I was supposed to get a whole new bumper but I'm not sure this is the case. They clearly did a rush job to get home for the weekend as they only work bank hours. This place needs a good cleaning and to develop communication systems to ensure customer satisfaction. You take 100 pictures upon dropping off the car. You don't take a few after?

Insurance company referred me and will never use again. Gerber never called me about up dates ,I had to call them. Took car back because of noise and they said waiting on insurance to call back. After two weeks with out a car, I called my insurance and they said they never called. Just a heads up, When you call they will say adviser is in meeting or picking up parts.

I was involved in a fender bender with my brand new car so was understandably upset and worried about where to take my 'baby'. Insurance has a contract with Gerber so selected them. I picked up my Mustang yesterday after 3 days of work and they did an excellent job! You can't even tell anything has happened to it, which is always the goal. Plus I do believe they washed her because she's spotless and they had paper down in the front to make sure they didn't get my mats dirty. Also, my estimator Thomas was really nice and helpful and made it easy. The receptionist was REALLY nice - in fact that was how I decided to pick this shop over one closer to me - this location could get her in faster and a front desk receptionist who seems to actually care is a huge plus. Overall I would say it was a good experience considering the situation!

This body shop, is phenomenal. I don't say that about a lot of businesses. Not here to lie. But I will tell you, that this body shop never left me hanging. I got two phone calls. One when they got the vehicle, to inquire about it, get some information. The second time was to come get the vehicle. But they kept me updated with their automated text messaging. And then, they had a website where you could view certain things. I thought that this was nifty. This is what we need more businesses like this, that take the customer first. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Kudos to the body shop for fixing my ride my 2014 Kia soul that was a victim to the Kia boys.

Recommended by my insurance company. Moreover, had the worst experience dealing with these unprofessional individuals, whom lacks integrity. The advisor gave me the run around for five months, for services paid by my insurance company upfront. Each time I called regarding uncompleted services, advisor story would change each time. The last encounter, the advisor got short with me and suggested I call my insurance company. And, the GM told me that labor fees where paid by the insurance, and instructed that I purchase the part and Gerber will install it. After calling my insurance company and reporting fraudulent activity, I received a call from the advisor the next day stating "I found the missing money"(when he inspected the vehicle on day one). No apology or accountability. Definitely want be going back, even is this place was the only one in town.

The entire staff are always professional and upfront with information. Vehicle was completed in a timely manner. My experience with Gerber Collision and Glass was great from the moment that I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and even after the repairs were completed and took my vehicle back home. Great experience started when I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello from Melissa at the front desk. She was able to let me know the intake process and then introduced me to Giselle who then proceeded to let me know how the inspection and repairs would be handled. Throughout the repair process I was constantly kept informed of the status of my vehicle. Any questions that I had were always answered promptly and with confidence. To me this just goes to show you that you're dealing with professionals who know what they are doing. I have used Gerber previously for my other vehicles and will continue to come back when I need auto body repairs. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to have body repairs to their vehicles.

My experience with Arnaldo Vega-Vazquez (General Manager) was spectacular to say the least. I am very picky when it comes to my car and honestly very skeptical of the automotive industry in general. I previously ran a body shop in MD for several years and was aware of all the shortcuts painters and service reps will take to get a vehicle delivered as fast as possible. I am prolly the worst customer a body shop wants to deal with. Anyway, Arnaldo went above and beyond. He gave me an honest time frame for completion and delivered. His communication was on point and never faded out throughout the process. I will follow Arnaldo when ever I have automotive needs.

Waste of time. Very unprofessional. Had called multiple days prior to see if my vehicle could be estimated. Got approval over the phone for getting an estimate, left my job to come get it done and was told by the GM that they just can't do it with little to no understanding of the situation. The GM was very condescending in his tone towards a new customer. Seemed like they didn't want to make an extra step so its easier to waste my time and send me away. Do not recommend doing business with this shop and i will be spreading word to everyone in my industry as well.

Shane was very informative during the entire process from beginning to end , he explained everything that was going to be done to my vehicle and broke everything down to where i could understand. His empathy is amazing, he really truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. Shane understood how much the car means to me as it is sentimental and kept in my family from my grandmother that passed and he made sure and assured me the car would be in good hands and I was not to worry. I would recommend all of my friends and family to Gerber and I will be going back to Shane for any future repairs on my vehicle as I feel super comfortable and know that my car will always remain in good hands while it’s there. When I picked up my car I noticed something wasn’t right (unrelated to Gerber.) he quickly called GEICO and made sure to get it taken care of and resolved the problem right away for me. All parts of the service were great. Jose and the woman who did intake with us were super welcoming and nice. Jose walked us around the car and pointed out piece by piece what would and would not be fixed. very transparent and honest. we got texts, he said they would come twice a week but they came everyday the first week. just updating me on the status, which I loved! then they figured out that they didn't need to replace a whole trunk, they could fix it and they saved a bunch of money. and the car was done 4 days ahead of time, which is a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend going to Gerber. very honest, communicative, transparent, and quick high quality repairs.
